Operating forces - Test method - Part 1: Windows

This European Standard specifies the test method for determining the force required when engaging or releasing the hardware of a window and when commencing the movement of a casement or sash, in both opening and closing directions.
It is applicable to manually operated windows.
This European Standard is applicable to products of any materials.

Diese Europäische Norm legt das Prüfverfahren zur Ermittlung der Kraft fest, die für das Einrasten und Freigeben von Fensterbeschlägen und zur Einleitung der Bewegung eines Flügelrahmens oder Schiebe-flügels sowohl in Öffnungs- als auch in Schließrichtung erforderlich ist. Diese Norm ist auf handbetätigte Fenster anwendbar. Diese Europäische Norm ist auf Produkte aller Werkstoffe anwendbar.

La présente Norme européenne définit la méthode de détermination de la force nécessaire a l'engagement et au relâchement de la quincaillerie d'une fenetre lorsque l'on amorce le mouvement des vantaux tant dans le sens de l'ouverture que de la fermeture.
Elle s'applique aux fenetres mues manuellement.
La présente Norme européenne s'applique aux produits quel que soit le matériau constitutif.
