Hand-held branchpipes for fire service use - Part 2: Combination branchpipes PN 16

In addition to the requirements given in EN 15182-1, this Part of this European Standard applies to hand-held combination branchpipes (nozzles) PN 16 with a maximum flow rate of 1 000 l/min at a reference pressure of 6 bar (0,6 MPa). It deals with: safety requirements; performance requirements; test methods; classification and designation; operating instructions; marking and maintenance. This part of this European Standard applies to branchpipes as defined in Annex A of EN 15182-1:2007.

Strahlrohre für die Brandbekämpfung - Teil 2: Hohlstrahlrohre PN 16

Zusätzlich zu den in EN 15182-1 angegebenen Anforderungen gilt der vorliegende Teil dieser Europäischen
Norm für Hohlstrahlrohre (Mundstücke) PN 16 mit einer maximalen Durchflussmenge von 1 000 l/min bei
einem Referenzdruck von 6 bar (0,6MPa). Behandelt werden:
- Sicherheitsanforderungen;
- Anforderungen an die Funktion;
- Prüfverfahren;
- Klassifizierung und Bezeichnung;
- Betriebsanleitung;
- Kennzeichnung und Instandhaltung.
Der vorliegende Teil dieser Europäischen Norm gilt für Strahlrohre nach EN 15182-1:2007, Anhang A.

En complément des prescriptions données dans l’EN 15182-1, la présente partie de la présente Norme européenne
s‘applique aux lances mixtes à main, à débit et jet réglables PN 16 d’un débit maximum de 1 000 l/min à une pression
de référence de 6 bar (0,6 MPa). Elle traite :
- des prescriptions de sécurité ;
- des prescriptions de performance ;
- des méthodes d’essai ;
- du classement et de la désignation ;
- de la notice d’instructions ;
- du marquage et de l’entretien.
Cette partie de la présente Norme européenne s’applique aux lances définies dans l’Annexe A de l’EN 15182-1:2007.

EN 15182-2:2007+A1:2009 (E) 3 Foreword This document (EN 15182-2:2007+A1:2009) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 192 “Fire service equipment”, the secretariat of which is held by BSI. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by May 2010, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by May 2010.
