Testing fresh concrete - Part 1: Sampling and common apparatus
This European Standard specifies two procedures for sampling fresh concrete, by composite sampling
and by spot sampling.
NOTE The requirement for remixing the sample before tests on the fresh concrete, or before making test
specimens, is included in the relevant standards.
When mixing and sampling of concrete is done in a laboratory, different procedures may be required.
Additionally, this standard lists common apparatus mentioned in two or more standards of EN 12350
series and EN 12390-2.

Diese Europäische Norm legt zwei Verfahren für die Probenahme von Frischbeton, und zwar die Entnahme einer Sammelprobe und die Entnahme einer Stichprobe fest.
ANMERKUNG Die Anforderung an das Durchmischen der Probe vor der Prüfung des Frischbetons oder vor der Probekörperherstellung ist in den entsprechenden Normen enthalten.
Wenn das Mischen und die Probenahme in einem Laboratorium durchgeführt werden, können abweichende Verfahren erforderlich sein.
Darüber hinaus sind in der vorliegenden Norm Geräte aufgelistet, die in zwei oder mehr Normen der Reihen EN 12350 und EN 12390-2 erwähnt werden.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie deux modes opératoires pour le prélèvement du béton frais : le prélèvement global et le prélèvement ponctuel.
NOTE L’exigence de réhomogénéisation de l’échantillon avant les essais sur le béton frais, ou avant de confectionner des éprouvettes d’essai, est incluse dans les normes concernées.
Lorsque la fabrication et les prélèvements du béton sont réalisés en laboratoire, des modes opératoires différents peuvent être exigés.
De plus, la présente norme énumère l’appareillage commun mentionné dans deux normes ou plus de la série EN 12350 et dans l’EN 12390-2.
Preskušanje svežega betona - 1. del: Vzorčenje in naprave za preskušanje
Ta evropski standard določa dva postopka za vzorčenje svežega betona, in sicer sestavljeno vzorčenje in točkovno vzorčenje. OPOMBA: Zahteva za ponovno mešanje vzorca pred preskušanjem svežega betona ali pred izdelavo preskusnih primerkov je v vključena v zadevnih standardih. Kadar se mešanje in vzorčenje betona izvaja v laboratoriju, so morda potrebni drugi postopki. Ta standard navaja tudi seznam naprav za preskušanje, ki so omenjene v dveh ali več standardih iz skupine standardov EN 12350
in v standardu EN 12390-2.

This document (EN 12350-1:2019) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 104 “Concrete
and related products”, the secretariat of which is held by SN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by December 2019, and conflicting national standards
shall be withdrawn at the latest by December 2019.

1 Scope
This document specifies two procedures for sampling fresh concrete, by composite sampling and by
spot sampling.
NOTE 1 The requirement for remixing the sample before tests on the fresh concrete, or before making test
specimens, is included in the relevant standards.
When mixing and sampling concrete is done in a laboratory, different procedures may be required.
NOTE 2 In this case Clause 6, item g) applies.
Additionally, this standard lists common apparatus mentioned in two or more standards of
EN 12350 series and EN 12390-2.

— discharged during 1 min from a continuous mixer; or
— conveyed ready-mixed in a truck mixer when the load requires more than one cycle of a batch

Dieses Dokument (EN 12350-1:2019) wurde vom Technischen Komitee CEN/TC 104 „Beton und zugehörige
Produkte“ erarbeitet, dessen Sekretariat von SN gehalten wird.
Diese Europäische Norm muss den Status einer nationalen Norm erhalten, entweder durch Veröffentlichung
eines identischen Textes oder durch Anerkennung bis Dezember 2019, und etwaige entgegenstehende
nationale Normen müssen bis Dezember 2019 zurückgezogen werden.
Es wird auf die Möglichkeit hingewiesen, dass einige Elemente dieses Dokuments Patentrechte berühren

Gegenüber der Ausgabe von 2009 dieser Norm wurden folgende Änderungen vorgenommen:
a) redaktionelle Überarbeitungen;
b) Konsolidierung von Geräten für die Prüfung von Frischbeton (Normenreihe EN 12350) und für die
Herstellung von Probekörpern für Festigkeitsprüfungen (in EN 12390-2);
c) Aufnahme eines Leitfadens für die Probenahme für die Prüfung der Konsistenzbeibehaltung.
Entsprechend der CEN-CENELEC-Geschäftsordnung sind die nationalen Normungsinstitute der folgenden
Länder gehalten, diese Europäische Norm zu übernehmen: Belgien, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Deutschland, die

1 Anwendungsbereich
Dieses Dokument legt zwei Verfahren für die Probenahme von Frischbeton, und zwar die Entnahme einer
Sammelprobe und die Entnahme einer Stichprobe fest.
ANMERKUNG 1 Die Anforderung an das Durchmischen der Probe vor der Prüfung des Frischbetons oder vor der
Probekörperherstellung ist in den entsprechenden Normen enthalten.
Wenn das Mischen und die Probenahme in einem Labor durchgeführt werden, können abweichende
Verfahren erforderlich sein.
