Pyrotechnic articles - Theatrical pyrotechnic articles - Part 3: Requirements for construction and performance

This European Standard specifies requirements for the construction, performance and primary packaging of theatrical pyrotechnical articles of the generic types defined in EN 16256-1:2012, Clause 3.
NOTE   Theatrical pyrotechnic article(s) is abbreviated by article(s) in this European Standard.
This European Standard does not apply for articles containing military explosives or commercial blasting agents except for black powder or flash composition.
This European Standard does not apply for articles containing pyrotechnic composition that include any of the following substances:
-   arsenic or arsenic compounds;
-   polychlorobenzenes;
-   lead or lead compounds;
-   mercury compounds;
-   white phosphorus;
picrates or picric acid.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen an die Konstruktion, Funktion und Ursprungsverpackung von pyrotechnischen Gegenständen für Bühne und Theater der in EN 16256 1:2012, Abschnitt 3, festgelegten Gegenstandstypen fest.
ANMERKUNG   In der vorliegenden Europäischen Norm wird der Begriff „pyrotechnische Gegenstände für Bühne und Theater“ durch „Gegenstände“ abgekürzt.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Gegenstände, die militärische Explosivstoffe oder handelsübliche Sprengstoffe mit Ausnahme von Schwarzpulver oder Blitzsätzen enthalten.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Gegenstände, die einen pyrotechnischen Satz enthalten, in dem einer der nachfolgend genannten Stoffe enthalten ist:
-   Arsen oder Arsenverbindungen;
-   Polychlorbenzole;
-   Blei oder Bleiverbindungen;
-   Quecksilberverbindungen;
-   weißer Phosphor;
-   Pikrate oder Pikrinsäure.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences pour la fabrication, les performances et l'emballage primaire des articles pyrotechniques pour le théâtre des types génériques définis dans le FprEN 16256­1:2012, Article 3.
NOTE   Dans la présente Norme européenne, les « articles pyrotechniques pour le théâtre » seront désignés par le terme « articles ».
La présente Norme européenne ne s'applique pas aux articles contenant des explosifs militaires ou des agents explosifs commerciaux autres que la poudre noire ou les compositions flashs.
La présente Norme européenne ne s'applique pas aux articles contenant une composition pyrotechnique comprenant l'une des substances suivantes :
-   arsenic ou composés de l'arsenic ;
-   polychlorobenzènes ;
-   plomb ou composés du plomb ;
-   composés du mercure ;
-   phosphore blanc ;
-   picrates ou acide picrique.

Ta evropski standard podaja zahteve za konstrukcijo, delovanje in osnovno pakiranje generičnih pirotehničnih izdelkov za gledališče iz točke 3 standarda EN 16256-1:2012. Ta evropski standard ne velja za izdelke, ki vsebujejo vojaški eksploziv ali tržne eksplozivne sestavine, razen črnega smodnika ali bliskovnega praška. Ta standard ne velja za izdelke, ki vsebujejo pirotehnične sestavine, ki vključujejo katero koli od naslednjih snovi: – arzen ali spojine iz arzena; – poliklorobenzene; – svinec ali spojine iz svinca; – spojine iz živega srebra; – beli fosfor; – pikrate ali pikrinsko kislino.
