Space product assurance - Nonconformance control system
This European Standard defines the control system for nonconformances related to any aspect of a space project, including EEE component nonconformances, software problems, operational nonconformances and anomalies.
This Standard applies to all deliverables, at all levels, which fail to conform to specified requirements and design baselines.
This Standard is applicable throughout
· procurement, production, qualification, integration and test phases,
· acceptance, delivery and transportation phases,
· launch preparation phase and flight/launch readiness,
· operational validation/qualification phase,
· operational phase, and
· refurbishment phase.
This Standard defines also requirements for the interfaces with third party internal nonconformance reporting and processing.
Engineering changes are not a subject of this Standard.
Raumfahrtproduktsicherung - Nichtkonformitäts-Kontrollsystem
Diese Europäische Norm legt das Kontrollsystem für Nichtkonformitäten bezüglich jedes Aspekts eines Raumfahrtprojekts fest, einschließlich der Nichtkonformitäten von EEE-Bauelementen, der Softwareprobleme und der Betriebs-Nichtkonformitäten und -anomalien.
Diese Norm gilt für alle auszuliefernden Produkte und Lieferungen auf allen Ebenen, die nicht den spezifizierten Anforderungen und Designgrundlagen (Design Baselines) entsprechen.
Diese Norm ist anzuwenden in der:
¾ Beschaffungs-, Produktions-, Qualifikations-, Integrations- und Testphase;
¾ Abnahme-, Auslieferungs- und Transportphase;
¾ Startvorbereitungsphase und Flug-/Startbereitschaft;
¾ Betriebsvalidierungs-/Qualifikationsphase;
¾ Betriebsphase;
¾ Überholungsphase (Wiederstartklarmachen).
Diese Norm legt auch die Anforderungen an die Schnittstellen mit der Nichtkonformitäts-Berichterstattung und -Bearbeitung durch einen Dritten fest.
Technische (Engineering-) Änderungen sind nicht Gegenstand dieser Norm.
Assurance produit des projets spatiaux - Instruction et traitement des anomalies
La présente Norme européenne définit l'instruction et le traitement des anomalies de tout aspect d'un projet spatial, y compris les anomalies relatives aux composants EEE, aux problèmes logiciels, et aux opérations.
La présente norme est applicable à tous les livrables, à tous les niveaux, lorsque ceux ci ne sont pas conformes aux recommandations spécifiées et aux références de conception.
La présente norme s'applique à l'ensemble des opérations suivantes
· phases d'approvisionnement, de production, de qualification, d'intégration et d'essai,
· phases d'acceptation, de livraison et de transport,
· phase de préparation du lancement et revue d'aptitude au lancement/au vol,
· phase de validation/qualification opératoire,
· phase opératoire et
· phase de remise à niveau.
La présente norme définit également les exigences relatives aux interfaces avec le rapport et le traitement des anomalies effectués en interne par des tiers.
Les modifications industrielles ne sont pas concernées par la présente norme.
