Diese Internationale Norm legt vorwiegend die Anwendung der Verfahren für den Kerbschlagbiegeversuch an Stumpfschweißverbindungen fest, die zur Beschreibung der Probenlage und der Kerbrichtung zu verwenden sind. Diese Internationale Norm gilt für Kerbschlagbiegeversuche an metallischen Werkstoffen jeder Herstellungsart unter Verwendung irgendeines Schweißprozesses. Sie ist Ergänzung zur ISO 148 und enthält die Probenbezeichnung sowie die zusätzlichen Anforderungen an die Berichterstattung.

Ta mednarodni standard v glavnem določa metodo, ki se uporablja pri opisovanju položaja preskušanca, smeri zareze za preskušanje in poročanje o udarnih preskusih na soležnih zvarnih spojih. Ta mednarodni standard velja za udarne preskuse na kovinskih materialih v vseh oblikah izdelkov, ki so spojeni s kakršnim koli postopkom obločnega varjenja. Uporablja se poleg ISO 148 in vključuje označevanje preskušancev in dodatne zahteve za poročanje.

The text of ISO 9016:2001 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 44 “Welding and allied
processes” of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as EN ISO
9016:2011 by Technical Committee CEN/TC 121 “Welding” the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by September 2011, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by September 2011.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN 875:1995.
