Glass in building - Basic soda lime silicate glass products - Part 8: Supplied and final cut sizes

This part of this European Standard specifies dimensional and minimum quality requirements (in respect of optical and visual faults) for basic soda lime silicate glass products, as defined in EN 572-1, for use in building. It applies to supplied sizes or cut sizes for final end use.
This part of this European Standard does not apply to final cut sizes having a dimension less than 100 mm or a surface area less than 0,05m².
This part of this European Standard does not apply to float glass supplied as jumbo or split sizes, see EN 572-2, or to polished wired glass, drawn sheet glass, patterned glass and patterned wired glass supplied as stock sizes, see EN 572-3, EN 572-4, EN 572-5 and EN 572-6.
This part of this European Standard does not apply to final cut sizes of wired or unwired channel shaped glass, see EN 572-7.

Dieser Teil der Europäischen Norm legt Anforderungen an die Maße und Mindestanforderungen an die Qualität (in Hinsicht auf optische und sichtbare Fehler) für Basiserzeugnisse aus Kalk-Natronsilicatglas, wie in EN 572-1 definiert, für die Anwendung im Bauwesen fest. Sie ist für Liefermaße und Festmaße anwendbar.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Glas in Festmaßen von weniger als 100 mm oder mit einer Oberfläche von weniger als 0,05 m2.
Dieser Teil der Europäischen Norm ist nicht auf Floatglas, das in Bandmaßen oder geteilten Bandmaßen, siehe EN 572-2, geliefert wird, oder poliertes Drahtglas, gezogenes Flachglas, Ornamentglas und Drahtornamentglas, siehe EN 572-3, EN 572-4, EN 572-5, EN 572-6, das in Standardabmessungen geliefert wird, anwendbar.
Dieser Teil der Europäischen Norm ist nicht auf Festmaße für Profilbauglas mit oder ohne Drahteinlage, siehe EN 572-7, anwendbar.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences dimensionnelles et de qualité minimales (au regard des défauts optiques et visuels) pour les produits verriers de silicate sodo-calcique de base à usage de bâtiment, tels que définis dans la EN 572-1. Elle s'applique aux mesures livrées ou aux mesures découpées pour l'utilisation finale.
La présente Norme européenne ne s'applique pas aux mesures découpées finales dont une dimension est inférieure à 100 mm ni aux superficies inférieures à 0,05 m2.
La présente Norme européenne ne s'applique pas aux glaces livrées dans les tailles "Jumbo" ou intermédiaires, voir l'EN 572-2, ni au verre armé poli, au verre étiré, au verre imprimé ou au verre armé imprimé livré en mesures libres, voir les EN 572-3, EN 572-4, EN 572-5 et EN 572-6.
La présente Norme européenne ne s'applique pas aux mesures découpées finales de verre profilé armé ou non armé, voir l'EN 572-7.
