Railway applications - Track - Noise barriers and related devices acting on airborne sound propagation - Non-acoustic performance - Part 3: General safety and environmental requirements

This European Standard specifies minimum requirements and other criteria for assessing the general safety and environmental performance of noise barriers and related devices acting on airborne sound propagation under typical rail-side conditions. Requirements for more onerous conditions are a matter for consideration by the designer. Appropriate test methods are provided where these are necessary, but for some aspects a declaration of material characteristics may be required for the information of designers. The treatment of each topic is covered separately in Annexes A to G.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Mindestanforderungen und andere Kriterien zur Bewertung der allgemeinen Sicherheit und der Gebrauchstauglichkeit im Hinblick auf Umweltbedingungen von Lärmschutzwänden und verwandten Vorrichtungen zur Beeinflussung der Luftschallausbreitung unter eisenbahntypischen Bedingungen fest. Die Anforderungen bei erschwerten Bedingungen müssen vom Konstrukteur berücksichtigt werden. Es werden geeignete Prüfverfahren zur Verfügung gestellt, sofern diese notwendig sind. Für manche Aspekte kann aber eine Erklärung der Baustoffeigenschaften zur Information des Konstrukteurs erforderlich sein. Jedes Thema wird in den Anhängen A bis G einzeln behandelt.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences minimales et les autres critères d'évaluation de la sécurité générale ainsi que des performances relatives à l'environnement des écrans antibruit et des dispositifs connexes influant sur la propagation aérienne du son dans des conditions classiques d'installation en bordure de rails. Les exigences liées à des cas plus difficiles sont à prendre en compte par le concepteur. Des méthodes d'essai appropriées sont données chaque fois que cela est nécessaire mais, pour certains aspects, une spécification des caractéristiques du matériau destinée à l'information des concepteurs est susceptible d'être exigée. Chaque sujet est traité séparément dans les Annexes A à G.

Ta evropski standard določa minimalne zahteve in druga merila za oceno splošne varnosti in okoljskih lastnosti protihrupnih ovir ter pripadajočih naprav, ki vplivajo na širjenje zvoka v zraku, v običajnih razmerah ob tirih. Zahteve za zahtevnejše razmere mora obravnavati projektant. Ustrezne preskusne metode so na voljo, kjer to potrebno, vendar bodo projektanti za nekatere vidike morda potrebovali informacije o lastnostih materiala. Vsaka tema je ločeno obravnavana v dodatkih od A do G.
