Railway applications - Track - Noise barriers and related devices acting on airborne sound propagation - Non-acoustic performance - Part 1: Mechanical performance under static loadings - Calculation and test method

This document applies only to noise barriers composed of posts as structural elements and panels as acoustic elements (fabricated for example from metal, timber, plastic or concrete panels). It also applies for acoustic claddings of existing walls and partial or total acoustic coverings of the rail track.
It is important that acoustic elements are tested together with the structural elements to represent the noise barrier as in the intended use.
This document provides criteria to verify railway noise barriers and related devices according to basic mechanical performance under standard conditions of exposure, irrespective of the materials used. A range of conditions and optional requirements is provided to allow for the wide diversity of practice within Europe. Individual aspects of performance are covered separately in the annexes.
This document provides test methods and criteria for the assessment of railway noise barriers with respect to their mechanical performance and stability under static loading.

Dieses Dokument gilt nur für Lärmschutzwände, die aus Pfosten als tragende Elemente und Wandelementen als akustische Elemente bestehen (z. B. hergestellt aus Metall, Holz, Kunststoff oder Beton). Sie gilt auch für akustische Verkleidungen von bereits vorhandenen Wänden und teilweise oder vollständige akustische Abdeckungen des Gleises.
Es ist wichtig, dass akustische Elemente zusammen mit den tragenden Elementen geprüft werden, damit die Probe der Lärmschutzwand dem bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch entspricht.
Dieses Dokument legt die Kriterien fest, mit denen Lärmschutzwände und verwandte Vorrichtungen nach den grundlegenden mechanischen Eigenschaften für übliche Belastungsbedingungen unabhängig von den verwendeten Werkstoffen verifiziert werden können. Eine Reihe von Bedingungen und optionalen Anforderungen werden festgelegt, um der großen Vielfalt in der Praxis in Europa Rechnung zu tragen. Einzelne Aspekte der Eigenschaften sind gesondert in den Anhängen enthalten.
Dieses Dokument legt die Prüfverfahren und -kriterien für die Beurteilung von Lärmschutzwänden an Schienenwegen in Bezug auf ihre mechanischen Eigenschaften und Stabilität unter statischer Belastung fest.

Le présent document s'applique uniquement aux écrans antibruit composés de poteaux en tant qu'éléments structurels et de panneaux en tant qu'éléments acoustiques (réalisés, par exemple, à partir de panneaux en métal, en bois, en plastique ou en béton). Il s'applique également aux parements acoustiques des parois existantes ou aux revêtements acoustiques partiels ou totaux de la voie ferrée.
Il est important que les éléments acoustiques soit soumis aux essais en même temps que les éléments structurels afin de représenter l'écran antibruit dans les conditions d'usage prévues.
Le présent document spécifie des critères permettant de vérifier les écrans antibruit ferroviaires et les dispositifs connexes en fonction de leurs performances mécaniques de base dans des conditions normales d'exposition, quels que soient les matériaux utilisés. Une gamme de conditions et d'exigences optionnelles est donnée afin de tenir compte de la grande diversité des pratiques en Europe. Les aspects individuels des performances sont traités séparément dans les annexes.
Le présent document fournit des méthodes d'essai et des critères d'évaluation des écrans antibruit ferroviaires en fonction de leurs performances mécaniques et de leur stabilité sous charges statiques.

Ta osnutek evropskega standarda se uporablja samo za protihrupne ovire, sestavljene iz drogov kot strukturnih elementov in plošč kot akustičnih elementov (izdelanih npr. iz kovinskih, lesenih, plastičnih ali betonskih plošč itd.), vključno s poljubno kombinacijo teh materialov. Uporablja se tudi za akustične obloge obstoječih zidov in delne ali celotne akustične prevleke železniške proge.
Za izvedbo predvidenega namena uporabe protihrupne ovire je treba akustične elemente preskušati skupaj s strukturnimi elementi.
Ta osnutek evropskega standarda podaja merila za preverjanje protihrupnih ovir in pripadajočih naprav za železnice v skladu z osnovnim mehanskim delovanjem pod običajnimi pogoji izpostavljenosti, ne glede na uporabljene materiale. Zaradi upoštevanja različnih praks v evropskih državah so podani številni pogoji in izbirne zahteve. Posamezni vidiki delovanja so ločeno obravnavani v dodatkih.
Ta osnutek evropskega standarda podaja preskusne metode in merila za ocenjevanje protihrupnih ovir za železnice ob upoštevanju njihovega mehanskega delovanja in stabilnosti pri statičnih obremenitvah.
