Earthworks - Part 6: Land reclamation earthworks using dredged hydraulic fill
This European Standard deals with underwater excavation and hydraulic placement of fill material for land reclamation projects.
The scope is limited to soils that exhibit free-draining behaviour during and after placement.
The main purpose of this European Standard is to ensure that functional requirements and specifications for such projects are in harmony with site boundary conditions and construction methods.
This European Standard specifies minimum requirements for site related data to be acquired before the procurement and execution stage of a dredging and land reclamation project.
This European Standard gives guidance on how the selection of the dredging equipment shall be undertaken. It also gives guidance on the selection of a borrow area and on the judgement regarding the suitability of the fill material for the project.
This European Standard offers the general principles on how to design the actual execution of a dredged hydraulic fill project and offers guidelines for monitoring and quality control of that execution in order to guarantee that the fill mass exhibits the behaviour as intended by the designer of the land reclamation.
This European Standard does not cover dredging and/or placement of rock, mine tailings, mineral wastes and contaminated soils.

Diese Europäische Norm behandelt den Aushub unter Wasser und Einbau im Spülverfahren für Landgewin-nungsvorhaben.
Der Anwendungsbereich beschränkt sich auf Böden, die während und nach dem Einbau natürlich dränierbar sind.
Diese Europäische Norm soll in erster Linie sicherstellen, dass funktionale Anforderungen und Festlegungen für derartige Vorhaben im Einklang mit den Randbedingungen auf der Baustelle und den Bauverfahren sind.
Diese Europäische Norm legt Mindestanforderungen an die baustellenbezogenen Daten fest, die vor den Beschaffungs- und Ausführungsphasen eines Nassbaggerungs- und Landgewinnungsvorhabens einzuholen sind.
Diese Europäische Norm gibt eine Anleitung, wie Nassbaggergeräte ausgewählt werden müssen. Sie enthält auch Hinweise zur Wahl von Entnahmestellen und zur Einschätzung der Eignung des Einbaumaterials für das Bauvorhaben.
Diese Europäische Norm legt allgemeine Grundsätze für die Planung der Ausführung von nassgebaggertem Einbau im Spülverfahren und Hinweise zur Überwachung und Qualitätskontrolle der Ausführung fest, um sicherzustellen, dass die Einbaumenge das vom Planer des Landgewinnungsvorhabens vorgesehene Verhal-ten aufweist.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Nassbaggerung und/oder Einbau von Fels, Waschbergen, minerali-schen Abfällen und verunreinigten Böden.

La présente Norme européenne traite de l'excavation sous l'eau et de la mise en place hydraulique de matériau de remblai pour les projets de terre-plein.
Elle se limite aux sols avec un comportement drainant pendant et après la mise en place.
Le principal objectif de la présente Norme européenne est de garantir que les spécifications et exigences fonctionnelles des projets de ce type sont en accord avec les conditions limites du site et les méthodes de construction.
La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences minimales applicables aux données relatives au site devant être acquises avant la passation de marché et l'étape d'exécution d'un projet de dragage et de terre-plein.
La présente Norme européenne fournit des préconisations sur la manière dont le choix du matériel de dragage doit être effectué. Elle fournit également des préconisations sur le choix d'une zone d'emprunt et sur l'évaluation de l'aptitude à l'emploi du matériau de remblai pour le projet.
La présente Norme européenne indique les principes généraux de conception de l'exécution d'un projet de terre-plein en remblai hydraulique dragué et fournit des lignes directrices pour la surveillance et le contrôle de la qualité de cette exécution dans le but de garantir que le corps de remblai affiche le comportement prévu par le concepteur du projet de terre-plein.
La présente Norme européenne ne comprend pas le dragage et/ou l'apport de roches, de déchets miniers, de déchets minéraux et de sols contaminés.

Ta evropski standard se ukvarja s podvodnim izkopavanjem in hidravličnim nasipavanjem sedimentov za projekte pridobivanja novih zemljišč, ki zagotavljajo strukturno podporo. Obravnava predvsem zemljine, ki med in po namestitvi izkazujejo drenažne lastnosti.
Ta evropski standard določa minimalne zahteve za podatke, povezane z lokacijo, ki jih je treba pridobiti pred razpisom ter fazo izvedbe projekta nasipavanja in pridobivanja novih zemljišč.
Ta evropski standard podaja navodila o tem, kako se lotiti izbire opreme za nasipavanje. Podaja tudi navodila za izbiro območja izkopavanja.
Ta evropski standard ponuja splošna načela za projektiranje dejanskega izvajanja projekta hidravličnega nasipavanja ter podaja smernice za spremljanje in nadzor kakovosti tega izvajanja, da se zagotovi, da sedimenti zajemajo lastnosti, ki jih je predvidel projektant pridobivanja novega zemljišča.
Ta evropski standard ne podaja predpisov niti priporočil ali vodil za nasipavanje s skalami, rudniškimi odpadki, mineralnimi odpadki in kontaminiranimi zemljinami.
