Agricultural machinery and tractors - Safety of higher voltage electrical and electronic components and systems - Part 1: General requirements (ISO 16230-1:2015)

ISO 16230-1:2015 is applicable to tractors and self-propelled ride-on machines, mounted implements, and towed implements used in agriculture and forestry. This part of ISO 16230 specifies general requirements that relate to the protection and safety of operators and bystanders on machines with on-board voltages in the range of 50 V AC to 1000 V AC and 75 V DC to 1500 V DC. This part of ISO 16230 applies to electrical equipment and parts of the electrical equipment on such machines and includes general requirements related to the protection and safety of operators, bystanders, and first responders.
ISO 16230-1:2015 deals with significant hazards, hazardous situations, and events, as listed in Annex A, relevant to this agricultural machinery when used as intended and under the conditions of misuse foreseeable by the manufacturer during normal operation and service.
ISO 16230-1:2015 is not applicable to the following:
-      specific design elements of external interfaces (e.g. the interface between a tractor and implement);
-      externally powered equipment (e.g. line powered equipment, equipment without on-board power generation);
-      purpose built forestry machines;
-      stationary electrical generators.
ISO 16230-1:2015 is not applicable to machines which are manufactured before the date of its publication.

Landmaschinen und Traktoren - Sicherheit von elektrischen und elektronischen Bauteilen und Systemen mit höherer Spannung - Teil 1: Generelle Anforderungen (ISO 16230-1:2015)

Dieser Teil von ISO 16230 gilt für Traktoren und selbstfahrende Maschinen mit aufsitzendem Fahrer, angebauten und gezogenen Geräten zur Verwendung in Land- und Forstwirtschaft. Dieser Teil von ISO 16230 legt allgemeine Anforderungen in Bezug auf den Schutz und die Sicherheit von Bedienungspersonen und Umstehenden bei Maschinen mit Bordspannungen im Bereich zwischen 50 V bis 1 000 V Wechselstrom und 75 V bis 1 500 V Gleichstrom fest. Dieser Teil von ISO 16230 gilt für elektrische Ausrüstungen sowie Teile elektrischer Ausrüstungen von derartigen Maschinen und umfasst allgemeine Anforderungen bezüglich des Schutzes und der Sicherheit von Bedienungspersonen, Umstehenden und Ersthelfern.
Dieser Teil von ISO 16230 behandelt signifikante Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen und Gefährdungsereignisse (siehe Anhang A), die für diese Landmaschinen relevant sind, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß und bei einer vom Hersteller vorhersehbaren Fehlanwendung im Rahmen des normalen Betriebes und Servicearbeiten eingesetzt werden.
Dieser Teil von ISO 16230 gilt nicht für:
—   spezifische Bauteile äußerer Schnittstellen (z. B. die Schnittstelle zwischen Traktor und Gerät);
—   Ausrüstung mit externer Stromversorgung (z. B. Geräte mit Stromkabel, Geräte mit eigener Stromerzeugung);
—   Spezial-Forstmaschinen
—   Stationäre Stromerzeuger.
Dieser Teil von ISO 16230 gilt nicht für Maschinen, die vor dem Veröffentlichungsdatum hergestellt wurden.

Tracteurs et matériels agricoles - Sécurité des composants et des systèmes électriques et électroniques haute tension - Partie 1: Exigences générales (ISO 16230-1:2015)

ISO 16230-1:2015 s'applique aux tracteurs et aux machines automotrices à conducteur porté, aux équipements montés et traînés destinés à un usage agricole et forestier. La présente partie de l'ISO 16230 spécifie les exigences générales relatives à la protection et à la sécurité des opérateurs et des passagers des machines sur lesquelles les tensions embarquées sont de l'ordre de 50 à 1 000 V en courant alternatif et de 75 à 1 500 V en courant continu. La présente partie de l'ISO 16230 s'applique à l'équipement électrique et aux composants des équipements électriques installés sur ces machines et comprend des exigences générales relatives à la protection et à la sécurité des opérateurs, des passagers et des premiers intervenants.
ISO 16230-1:2015 traite les phénomènes dangereux, situations dangereuses ou événements dangereux significatifs comme énumérés dans l'Annexe A, qui sont pertinents pour ces machines agricoles, lorsqu'elles sont utilisées normalement et lorsqu'elles font l'objet d'un mauvais usage raisonnablement prévisible par le fabricant, en cours de fonctionnement normal et en maintenance.
ISO 16230-1:2015 n'est pas applicable:
-      aux éléments des interfaces externes de conception particulière (par exemple, l'interface entre un tracteur et un outil);
-      aux équipements alimentés par une source externe (par exemple, les équipements alimentés par le réseau électrique, les équipements sans système générateur de puissance embarqué);
-      aux engins forestiers construits dans un objectif particulier;
-      aux générateurs électriques fixes.
ISO 16230-1:2015 ne s'applique pas aux machines fabriquées avant sa date de publication.

Ta del standarda ISO 16230 se uporablja za traktorje in samognane kmetijske stroje, priklopne stroje in vlečene stroje, ki se uporabljajo v kmetijstvu in gozdarstvu. Ta del standarda ISO 16230 določa splošne zahteve glede zaščite in varnosti upravljavcev ter drugih navzočih oseb na strojih z napetostjo v razponu od 50 V AC do 1000 V AC in od 75 V DC do 1500 V DC. This document (EN ISO 16230-1:2015) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 23 “Tractors
and machinery for agriculture and forestry” in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 144
“Tractors and machinery for agriculture and forestry” the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by March 2016, and conflicting national standards shall
be withdrawn at the latest by March 2016.
