Agricultural machinery and tractors - Standardized access to repair and maintenance information (RMI) - Requirements

This European Standard specifies the requirements to be fulfilled by manufacturers of tractors, interchangeable towed equipment and trailers used in agriculture and forestry in order to comply with the obligation to provide non-discriminatory access for independent operators to Repair and Maintenance Information (RMI) and to provide information on On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) systems.
This standard specifies all organisational and technical requirements and means of verification to comply with the EU Regulation 167/2013 and its Delegated Acts with the objectives to allow the fair competition between manufacturers and between operators and to improve the competitiveness and future viability of companies with special regard to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME).
This European Standard is applicable to agricultural and forestry vehicles approved (respectively to be approved) in accordance with the EU Regulation 167/2013.
This European Standard is not applicable to small series vehicles.

Landwirtschaftliche Traktoren und selbstfahrende Pflanzenschutzgeräte - Genormter Zugang zu Reparatur- und Wartungsinformationen (RMI) - Anforderungen

Diese Norm legt die Anforderungen fest, die von den Herstellern von Traktoren, gezogenen auswechselbaren  Geräten und Anhängern, die in der Land- und Forstwirtschaft eingesetzt werden, zu erfüllen sind, um der Verpflichtung, unabhängigen Wirtschaftsakteuren einen diskriminierungsfreien Zugang zu Reparatur- und Wartungsinformationen (RMI) und Informationen über On-Bord-Diagnose (OBD)-Systeme zur Verfügung zu stellen, zu entsprechen.
Dies Norm legt alle organisatorischen und technischen Anforderungen sowie Verfahren zur Überprüfung fest, um der EU-Verordnung 167/2013 und den dazugehörigen delegierten Rechtsakten mit der Zielsetzung, einen fairen Wettbewerb zwischen Herstellern und zwischen Wirtschaftakteuren zu ermöglichen und die Wettbewerbs- und Zukunftsfähigkeit von Unternehmen – mit besonderer Berücksichtigung von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) – zu stärken.
Diese Norm ist anwendbar auf land- und forstwirtschaftliche Fahrzeuge, die eine Genehmigung nach der EU-Verordnung 167/2013 erlangt haben bzw. erlangen sollen.
Diese Norm gilt nicht für Kleinserienfahrzeuge.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences auxquelles doivent se conformer les fabricants de tracteurs, d'équipements interchangeables tractés et de remorques employés dans l'agriculture et la sylviculture afin de respecter l'obligation de fournir aux opérateurs indépendants un accès non-discriminatoire aux informations sur la réparation et l'entretien des véhicules et de fournir des informations sur les systèmes de diagnostic embarqués.
La présente Norme européenne précise l'ensemble des prescriptions organisationnelles et techniques et les moyens de vérification à mettre en place pour se conformer au Règlement 167/2013 et à ses règlements délégués avec pour double objectif de permettre une concurrence loyale entre les fabricants et entre les opérateurs et de renforcer la compétitivité et la viabilité future des entreprises, et en particulier des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME).
La présente Norme européenne s'applique aux véhicules agricoles et forestiers homologués (devant être respectivement réceptionnés) en application du Règlement UE 167/2013.
La présente Norme européenne ne s'applique pas aux véhicules de série limitée, pour lesquels la production annuelle mondiale d’un type de véhicule est inférieur à
— 200 véhicules pour les tracteurs à roues;
— 80 véhicules pour les tracteurs à chenilles;
— 400 véhicules pour les remorques;
— 200 véhicules pour les équipements tractés.

Kmetijski stroji in traktorji - Standardizirani dostop do informacij o popravilih in vzdrževanju (RMI) - Zahteve

Ta standard določa zahteve, ki jih morajo izpolnjevati proizvajalci traktorjev, zamenljive vlečne opreme in prikolic, ki se uporabljajo v kmetijstvu in gozdarstvu, da izpolnijo obveznost zagotavljanja nediskriminatornega dostopa neodvisnih upravljavcev do informacij o popravilih in vzdrževanju (RMI) ter da zagotovijo informacije o vgrajenih diagnostičnih sistemih (OBD).
Ta standard določa vse organizacijske in tehnične zahteve ter načine preverjanja skladnosti z Uredbo EU 167/2013 in njenimi delegiranimi akti s ciljem, da se omogoči poštena konkurenca med proizvajalci in med upravljavci ter da se izboljša konkurenčnost in prihodnost podjetja s posebnim poudarkom na malih in srednje velikih podjetjih (SME).
Ta standard se uporablja za kmetijska in gozdarska vozila, ki so odobrena (bodo odobrena) v skladu z Uredbo EU 167/2013.
Ta standard se ne uporablja za vozila, izdelana v majhnih serijah.

EN 16944:2017 (CEN) defines requirements for standardized access to Repair and Maintenance Information (RMI) and for providing information on On‑Board Diagnostic (OBD) systems for tractors, interchangeable towed equipment and trailers used in agriculture and forestry. The standard helps manufacturers comply with EU Regulation 167/2013 and its Delegated Acts by specifying organizational, technical and verification measures to ensure non‑discriminatory access to RMI.   • Reasonable, proportionate fees for RMI, tools and training are permitted; fees do not grant rights to republish RMI.

• OBD for third parties

  • OBD-related information is released under individual agreements/contracts; standard gives examples and guidance.
