Safety requirements for cableway installations designed to carry persons - General requirements - Part 2: Additional requirements for reversible bicable aerial ropeways without carrier truck brakes

This European Standard specifies additional safety requirements for bicable reversible aerial ropeways without carrier truck brakes. This document is applicable to the various types of cableway installations and takes into account their environment.
This Part of the EN 12929 contains:
- additional requirements relating to the integrity of the haul rope loop;
- additional requirements intended to prevent specific operational incidents;
- requirements concerning the attachment of the carriers to the haul rope.
This European Standard does not apply to cableway installations for transportation of goods nor to lifts.

Dieses Dokument legt ergänzende Sicherheitsanforderungen an Zweiseil-Pendelbahnen ohne Tragseilbremse fest. Dieses Dokument ist auf die verschiedenen Seilbahnsysteme anwendbar und berücksichtigt deren Umgebung.
Dieser Teil von EN 12929 enthält:
-   ergänzende Bestimmungen für die Unversehrtheit der Zugseilschleife;
-   ergänzende Bestimmungen zur Abwendung besonderer Ereignisse im Betrieb;
-   Anforderungen an die Befestigung des Fahrzeuges am Zugseil.
Dieses Dokument gilt weder für Seilbahnen des Güterverkehrs noch für Aufzüge.

Le présent document établit les prescriptions de sécurité complémentaires pour des téléphériques bicâbles à va et vient sans frein de chariot. Il s'applique aux différents systèmes et tient compte de leur environnement.
La présente partie de l’EN 12929 comprend :
-   des prescriptions complémentaires relatives à l’intégrité de la boucle du câble tracteur ;
-   des prescriptions complémentaires destinées à éviter des incidents particuliers en exploitation ;
-   des exigences concernant les attaches du véhicule sur le câble tracteur.
Le présent document ne s’applique ni aux installations de transport à câble destinées aux marchandises, ni aux ascenseurs.

Ta evropski standard določa dodatne varnostne zahteve za dvovrvne nihalne žičnice brez vrvnih zavor. Ta dokument se uporablja za različne vrste žičniških naprav, pri čemer se upoštevajo okolja njihove uporabe.
Ta del standarda EN 12929 vključuje:
– dodatne zahteve glede celovitosti zanke vlečne vrvi;
– dodatne zahteve za preprečevanje posebnih dogodkov med obratovanjem;
