This document gives the requirements for factory production control (FPC) for the manufacturer of road marking materials
This document specifies which types of test have to be taken into consideration within the FPC but it leaves the precise methods to be applied to be dependent on the characteristics of the manufacturer’s installation and production methods. The precise parameters and methods will be found in the written procedures agreed between the manufacturer and the third party responsible for the initial assessment of the FPC.

Dieses Dokument legt die Art der Prüfungen fest, die bei der werkseigenen Produktionskontrolle zu berück-sichtigen sind, lässt jedoch die konkreten, anzuwendenden Verfahren offen, die je nach Art der vom Hersteller verwendeten Produktionsanlagen und -verfahren auszuwählen sind. Die genauen Prüfgrößen und -verfahren sind in den schriftlich festgehaltenen Verfahrensanweisungen zu finden, auf die sich Hersteller und die für die anfängliche Beurteilung der werkseigenen Produktionskontrolle verantwortliche dritte Partei verständigt haben.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences pour le contrôle de la production en usine (CPU) pour
le fabricant de produits de marquage routier.
La présente Norme européenne spécifie quels types d’essais sont à prendre en compte dans le cadre du
CPU mais en laissant le choix des méthodes précises à appliquer en fonction des caractéristiques de
l’installation du fabricant et de ses méthodes de production. On trouvera les paramètres et les méthodes
spécifiques dans les modes opératoires rédigés par le fabricant et convenus entre lui et le tiers responsable
de l’évaluation initiale du CPU.

Ta dokument podaja zahteve za kontrolo proizvodnje v obratu (FPC) za proizvajalca materialov za označevanje vozišča. Ta dokument določa, katere vrste preskusov je treba upoštevati v okviru FPC, vendar dopušča, da so natančne metode, ki se uporabljajo, odvisne od značilnosti proizvajalčevih metod namestitve in proizvodnje. Natančne parametre in metode je mogoče najti v pisnih postopkih, dogovorjenih med proizvajalcem in tretjo stranjo, ki je odgovorna za začetno oceno FPC.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by December 2011, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by December 2011.
