ISO/IEC 13273-2:2015 contains transversal concepts and their definitions in the subject field of renewable energy sources. This horizontal standard is primarily intended for use by technical committees in the preparation of standards in accordance with the principles laid down in IEC Guide 108.

Dieser Teil von ISO/IEC 13273 umfasst übergreifende Konzepte und ihre Definitionen im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energiequellen. Diese horizontale Norm ist primär zur Nutzung durch technische Komitees vorgesehen, die Normen nach den Richtlinien des IEC Guide 108 entwickeln.
Die technischen Komitees sind u. a. dafür verantwortlich, soweit anwendbar, horizontale Normen bei der Erstellung ihrer Veröffentlichungen zu nutzen. Die Inhalte dieser horizontalen Norm gelten ausschließlich bei ausdrücklichem Verweis auf dieselben oder bei Einbeziehung in die relevanten Publikationen.

L'ISO/IEC 13273-2:2015 spécifie des concepts transversaux, ainsi que les définitions correspondantes, relevant du domaine des sources d'énergie renouvelables. Elle constitue une norme horizontale destinée en premier lieu à être utilisée par les comités techniques lors de l'élaboration de normes conformément aux principes prescrits dans le Guide IEC 108.

Ta del standarda ISO/IEC 13273 vsebuje prečne koncepte in njihove opredelitve na področju obnovljivih energijskih virov. Ta horizontalni standard je namenjen predvsem tehničnim odborom za pripravo standardov v skladu z načeli vodila IEC 108.
Ena od pristojnosti tehničnih odborov je, da med pripravo publikacij uporabljajo horizontalne standarde, kadar je to primerno. Vsebina tega horizontalnega standarda se ne uporablja, razen če je izrecno navedena ali zajeta v ustreznih publikacijah.

The text of ISO/IEC 13273-2:2015 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/IEC JPC 2 “Joint
Project Committee - Energy efficiency and renewable energy sources - Common terminology” of the
International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission
(IEC) and has been taken over as EN ISO/IEC 13273-2:2016.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by August 2016, and conflicting national standards shall
be withdrawn at the latest by August 2016.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent
rights.
This document supersedes CEN/CLC/TR 16103:2010.
