Fixed firefighting systems - Components for gas extinguishing systems - Part 8: Characteristics for connectors

This document specifies product characteristics and describes test methods for flexible connectors intended to be used in CO2, inert-gas or halocarbon gas-fire extinguishing systems.
This document covers connectors of the following types: Type 1 to Types 4 (see 3.8 to 3.11).
This document specifies procedures for assessment and verification of constancy (AVCP) of performance for characteristics of flexible connectors.
This document does not cover the following:
-   installation techniques for flexible connectors;
-   details on service life time and maintenance.

Dieses Dokument erfasst Verbindungen der folgenden Typen: Typ 1 bis Typ 4 (siehe 3.8 bis 3.11).
Dieses Dokument legt Verfahren zur Bewertung und Überprüfung der Leistungsbeständigkeit (AVCP, en: assessment and verification of constancy of performance) der Merkmale flexibler Verbindungen fest.
