Fire classification of construction products and building elements - Part 3: Classification using data from fire resistance tests on products and elements used in building service installations: fire resisting ducts and fire dampers
This European Standard specifies the procedure for classification of construction products and building elements used as components of building service installations, using data from fire resistance tests which are within the direct field of application of the relevant test method. Classification on the basis of extended application is outside the scope of this European Standard. For extended applications, however, the same classes need to be used as specified in this European Standard.
Products/elements for use in ventilation systems include (excluding smoke and heat exhaust ventilation):
fire resisting ducts;
fire dampers.

Dieses Europäische Norm legt das Verfahren zur Klassifizierung der Feuerwiderstandsfähigkeit von Bauprodukten und Bauteilen fest, die als Teil von haustechnischen Anlagen in Gebäuden benutzt werden. Dabei werden die Ergebnisse von Feuerwiderstandsprüfungen benutzt, die innerhalb des direkten Anwendungsbereichs des entsprechenden Prüfverfahrens liegen. Eine Klassifizierung auf Grundlage des erweiterten Anwendungsbereichs ist nicht Bestandteil des Anwendungsbereichs dieser Europäischen Norm. Für den erweiterten Anwendungsbereich sind jedoch die gleichen Klassen zu verwenden, die in dieser Europäischen Norm festgelegt werden.
Bauprodukte/Bauteile zur Verwendung in Lüftungsanlagen (mit Ausnahme von Bauprodukten zur Rauch- und Wärmefreihaltung) beinhalten:
feuerwiderstandsfähige Leitungen;
Brandschutzklappen.
Relevante Prüfverfahren, die für diese Bauprodukte/-teile entwickelt wurden, sind in Abschnitt 2 aufgeführt.
Classement au feu des produits et éléments de construction - Partie 3: Classement utilisant des données d'essais de résistance au feu de produits et éléments utilisés dans des installations d'entretien : Conduits et clapets résistants au feu
Cette Norme européenne spécifie la méthode de classement de performance de résistance au feu des produits et des éléments de construction utilisés comme composants des installations d'entretien, à partir des données des essais de résistance au feu qui font partie du domaine d'application directe de la méthode d'essai correspondante. Le classement établi sur la base d'application étendue ne fait pas partie du domaine d'application de la présente Norme européenne. Pour les applications étendues, les mêmes classes sont toutefois utilisées comme il est spécifié dans la présente Norme européenne.
Les produits/éléments pour utilisation dans les systèmes de ventilation comprennent (à l'exclusion des ventilateurs extracteurs de fumées et de chaleur) :
les conduits résistant au feu ;
les clapets résistant au feu.
Les méthodes d'essai appropriées qui ont été préparées pour ces produits/éléments sont listées à l'article 2.
