Thermal spraying - Safety requirements for thermal spraying equipment - Part 3: Torches for thermal spraying and their connection and supply units

This Technical Report specifies safety requirements of equipment for thermal spraying, in this case of spray torches, gas hoses, hose assemblies and their electrical and water junctions in junction and monitoring boxes and power sources.
Equipment and storage for gas and liquid fuel supply are presented in CEN/TR 15339-4.
This document should be used in conjunction with CEN/TR 15339-1, which deals with general aspects when designing, manufacture, and/or putting into service of machines or equipment and with the responsibility to issue the CE Conformity Declaration.
Spraying equipment for specific thermal spraying processes, induction plasma spraying, water stabilized plasma spraying and plasma spraying in chambers (below or above atmospheric pressure) are not within the scope of this Technical Report.

Thermisches Spritzen - Sicherheitsanforderungen für Einrichtungen für das thermische Spritzen - Teil 3: Brenner und Spritzpistolen und ihre Anschlüsse und Stromquellen

Dieser Technische Report legt Sicherheitsanforderungen von Einrichtungen zum thermischen Spritzen fest, in diesem Fall  von Spritzbrennern, Gasschläuchen, Schlauchpaketen und ihren Strom- und Wasseranschluss¬kästen in Verbindungs- und Überwachungsboxen und Stromquellen.
Einrichtungen und Lagerung zur Versorgung mit Gasen werden in CEN/TR 15339-4 behandelt.
Dieses Dokument sollte in Verbindung mit dem CEN/TR 15339-1 angewandt werden, der die allgemeinen Aspekte der Konstruktion, Herstellung und/oder Inbetriebsetzung von Maschinen oder Einrichtungen und die Verantwortung für die Ausstellung der CE Konformitätserklärung behandelt.
Spritzeinrichtungen für spezielle thermische Spritzprozesse, wie Induktionsplasma-, wasser-stabilisiertes Plasmaspritzen und Plasmaspritzen in Kammern (Über- oder Unterdruckatmosphäre) sind nicht Gegenstand dieses Technischen Reports.

Projection thermique - Exigences de sécurité relatives au matériel de projection thermique - Partie 3: Chalumeaux de projection thermique et leurs unités de raccordement et d’alimentation

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences de sécurité des machines et du matériel de projection
thermique et, dans le cas présent, des chalumeaux, des tuyaux de gaz, des assemblages de tuyaux souples
et leurs branchements d’eau et de courant dans des boîtiers de raccordement et de surveillance, ainsi que
des sources d’alimentation.
Le matériel et le stockage pour l’alimentation en gaz et en combustible liquide n’entrent pas dans le domaine
d’application de la présente norme. Ils sont présentés dans le prEN 15339-4.
La présente norme doit être utilisée conjointement avec le prEN 15339-1, qui traite des aspects généraux de
conception, fabrication et/ou mise en service des machines ou du matériel et de la responsabilité de
l’émission de la Déclaration CE de conformité.
Le matériel de projection pour des procédés de projection thermique spécifiques, la projection plasma par
induction, la projection plasma d’eau stabilisée et la projection plasma sous vide n’entrent pas dans le
domaine d’application de la présente norme.

Ta del standarda EN 15339 določa varnostne zahteve za stroje in opremo za vroče brizganje, v tem primeru gorilnike brizgalnikov, plinske cevi, cevne priključke ter njihove priključke za tok in vodo v razdelilnih in nadzornih omaricah ter napajalnih virih.
Oprema in skladišča za oskrbo s plinom in tekočim gorivom ne spadajo na področje uporabe tega dela standarda EN 15339, ampak so predstavljeni v standardu prEN 15339-4.
Ta del standarda EN 15339 naj bi se uporabljal skupaj s standardom prEN 15339-1, v katerem so obravnavani splošni vidiki za projektiranje, proizvodnjo in/ali začetek uporabe strojev ali opreme ter odgovornost za izdajo izjave o skladnosti CE.
Brizgalna oprema za posebne postopke vročega brizganja, vključno s plazemskim brizganjem, vodnim stabilizacijskim plazemskim brizganjem in vakuumskim plazemskim brizganjem, ne spada v področje uporabe tega dela standarda EN 15339.
