Ductile iron pipes, fittings, accessories and their joints for water pipelines - Requirements and test methods

This European Standard specifies the requirements and associated test methods applicable to ductile iron pipes, fittings, accessories and their joints for the construction of pipelines:
   to convey water (e. g. potable water);
   with or without pressure;
   to be installed below or above ground.
This standard is applicable to pipes, fittings and accessories which are:
   manufactured with socketed, flanged or spigot ends;
   normally delivered externally and internally coated;
   suitable for fluid temperatures between 0 °C and 50 °C, excluding frost.
This standard covers pipes, fittings and accessories cast by any type of foundry process or manufactured by fabrication of cast components, as well as corresponding joints, in a size range extending from DN 40 to DN 2 000, inclusive.
This standard specifies requirements for materials, dimensions and tolerances, mechanical properties and standard coatings of ductile iron pipes and fittings. It also gives performance requirements for all components including joints. Joint design and gasket shapes are outside the scope of this standard.
NOTE   In this standard, all pressures are relative pressures, expressed in bars (100 kPa = 1 bar).

Rohre, Formstücke, Zubehörteile aus duktilem Gusseisen und ihre Verbindungen für Wasserleitungen - Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen und die diesbezüglichen Prüfverfahren fest, die auf duktile Gussrohre, Formstücke, Zubehörteile und ihre Verbindungen zur Errichtung von Rohrleitungen anwendbar sind:
-   zum Transport von Wasser (z. B. Trinkwasser);
-   mit oder ohne Innendruck;
-   oberirdisch oder erdüberdeckt.
Diese Norm gilt für Rohre, Formstücke und Zubehörteile, die
-   mit Muffen, Flanschen oder Einsteckenden versehen sind;
-   üblicherweise mit einem Innen- und Außenschutz geliefert werden;
-   zum Transport flüssiger Medien zwischen 0 °C und 50 °C geeignet sind, jedoch außerhalb des Frostbereiches.
Diese Norm gilt für Rohre, Formstücke und Zubehörteile, die nach einem beliebigen Gießverfahren oder aus gegossenen Einzelteilen hergestellt werden, ebenso für die entsprechenden Verbindungen für den Nennweitenbereich von DN 40 bis einschließlich DN 2000.
Diese Norm legt die Anforderungen an die Werkstoffe, Maße und Grenzabmaße, die mechanischen Eigenschaften und die Standardbeschichtungen duktiler Gussrohre und Formstücke fest. Sie beinhaltet ebenfalls die Anforderungen an die Funktionstüchtigkeit aller Bauteile, einschließlich der Verbindungen. Die Ausführung der Verbindungen und die Formen der Dichtungen fallen nicht in den Anwendungsbereich dieser Norm.
ANMERKUNG   In dieser Norm sind alle Drücke relative Drücke und werden in bar ausgedrückt (100 kPa = 1 bar).

Tuyaux, raccords et accessoires en fonte ductile et leurs assemblages pour canalisations d'eau - Prescriptions et méthodes d'essai

La présente Norme européenne prescrit les exigences et les méthodes d'essai associées, applicables aux tuyaux, raccords et accessoires en fonte ductile et à leurs assemblages, destinés à la construction de canalisations :
-   pour transporter de l'eau (par exemple de l'eau potable) ;
-   avec ou sans pression ;
-   installées dans le sol ou en aérien.
Cette norme est applicable aux tuyaux, raccords et accessoires qui sont :
-   fabriqués avec des extrémités à emboîture, à bride ou à bout uni ;
-   normalement livrés revêtus extérieurement et intérieurement ;
-   utilisables pour des températures de fluide allant de 0 °C à 50 °C, gel exclus.
Cette norme traite des tuyaux, raccords et accessoires moulés par tout procédé de fonderie ou fabriqués à partir de composants moulés, ainsi que les assemblages correspondants, pour la gamme de dimensions allant de DN 40 à DN 2 000 inclus.
Cette norme prescrit les exigences pour les matériaux, les dimensions et tolérances, les propriétés mécaniques et les revêtements standard des tuyaux et raccords en fonte ductile. Elle indique également des prescriptions de performance pour tous les composants y compris les assemblages. La conception des assemblages et la géométrie des bagues de joint ne font pas partie du domaine d’application de cette norme.
NOTE   Dans la présente norme, toutes les pressions sont des pressions relatives, elles sont exprimées en bars (100 kPa = 1 bar).
