This document specifies requirements for the types of industrial trucks specified in the scope of EN ISO 3691-3:2016.
This document is intended to be used in conjunction with EN ISO 3691-3:2016. These requirements are supplementary to those stated in EN ISO 3691-3:2016.
This document deals with the following significant hazards, hazardous situations or hazardous events relevant when it is used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer:
-   acceleration, deceleration (kinetic energy);
-   machinery mobility.
This document specifies supplementary requirements to EN ISO 3691-1:2015, EN ISO 3691-3:2016 and EN 16307-1:2020:
-   brakes operation without guidance system;
-   operator fall protection;
-   information for use (instruction handbook and marking).
Annex A (informative) contains the list of significant hazards covered by this document.

Dieses Dokument legt Anforderungen an die im Anwendungsbereich von EN ISO 3691 3:20162 aufgeführten Flurförderzeuge fest.
Dieses Dokument ist zur Verwendung mit EN ISO 3691 3:20162 bestimmt. Diese Anforderungen gelten zusätzlich zu den in EN ISO 3691 3:20162 genannten.
Dieses Dokument behandelt die folgenden signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen oder Gefährdungsereignisse von Maschinen, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß und unter Bedingungen, die vom Hersteller als Fehlanwendung vernünftigerweise vorhersehbar sind, verwendet werden:
—   Beschleunigung, Verzögerung (kinetische Energie);
—   Bewegung der Maschine.
Dieses Dokument legt ergänzende Anforderungen zu EN ISO 3691 1:2015 , EN ISO 3691 3:2016  und EN 16307 1:2020 fest:
—   Bremsen – Betrieb ohne Führungssystem;
—   Bediener-Absturzschutz;
—   Information zur Anwendung (Betriebsanleitung und Kennzeichnung).
Anhang A (informativ) enthält die Liste der signifikanten Gefährdungen, die von diesem Dokument abgedeckt werden.

Le présent document spécifie des prescriptions pour les types de chariots de manutention spécifiés dans le domaine d’application de l’EN ISO 3691-3:2016.
Le présent document est destiné à être utilisé conjointement avec l’EN ISO 3691-3:2016. Ces prescriptions sont complémentaires à celles énoncées dans l’EN ISO 3691-3:2016.
Le présent document traite des phénomènes dangereux, situations dangereuses ou événements dangereux significatifs suivants, lorsqu'il est utilisé comme prévu et dans des conditions de mauvaise utilisation qui sont raisonnablement prévisibles par le fabricant :
-   accélération, décélération (énergie cinétique) ;
-   mobilité des machines.
Le présent document spécifie des prescriptions supplémentaires aux EN ISO 3691-1:2015, EN ISO 3691-3:2016 et EN 16307-1:2020 :
-   fonctionnement des freins sans système de guidage ;
-   protection antichute de l'opérateur ;
-   informations pour l’utilisation (notice d’instruction et marquage).
