Aluminium and aluminium alloys - Cold drawn, round, coiled tube for general applications - Specification

This European Standard specifies the technical conditions for inspection and delivery, mechanical properties and tolerances on dimensions and form for aluminium alloy cold drawn round, coiled tubes for general applications with outside or inside diameters in the range from 2 mm up to and including 25 mm.
Depending on the final application of the product, additional or stricter requirements can apply, after agreement between supplier and purchaser.
NOTE   Some of the products listed in the present standard can be subject to patent or patent applications, and their listing herein is not be construed in any way as the granting of a licence under such patent right.
CEN/TC 132 affirms it is its policy that in the case when a patentee refuses to grant licences on standardised standard products under reasonable and not discriminatory conditions then this product shall be removed from the corresponding standard.

Aluminium und Aluminiumlegierungen - Gezogene Rundrohre in Ringen für allgemeine Anwendungen - Spezifikation

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Technischen Lieferbedingungen, die mechanischen Eigenschaften und die Grenzabmaße und Formtoleranzen für gezogene Rundrohre aus Aluminium und Aluminiumlegierungen in Ringen für allgemeine Anwendungen fest. Sie gilt für Außen- oder Innendurchmesser von 2 mm bis 25 mm.
Abhängig von der Endanwendung des Erzeugnisses können zusätzliche oder engere Anforderungen nach Vereinbarung zwischen Lieferer und Kunden festgelegt werden.
ANMERKUNG   Einige in der vorliegenden Norm aufgeführte Produkte können Gegenstand von einem Patent oder Patent-anmeldungen sein. Ihre Auflistung in dieser Norm bedeutet aber keinesfalls, dass dadurch eine Lizenzübertragung unter diesem Patentrecht erfolgt.
CEN/TC 132 bekräftigt seine Vorgehensweise, dass in dem Fall, wenn ein Patentinhaber sich weigert, für genormte Produkte Lizenzen unter angemessenen und nicht diskriminierenden Bedingungen zu erteilen, dieses Produkt aus der entsprechenden Norm entfernt werden muss.

Aluminium et alliages d'aluminium - Tubes ronds étirés, fournis en couronnes pour applications générales - Spécification

Cette Norme européenne spécifie les conditions techniques de contrôle et de livraison, les caractéristiques mécaniques, les tolérances sur dimensions et formes pour les produits étirés ronds, les tubes enroulés pour applications générales avec un diamètre intérieur ou extérieur dans la plage de 2 mm jusqu'à et y compris 25 mm.
Après accord entre l'acheteur et le fournisseur des exigences additionnelles ou plus serrées peuvent être convenues dépendant de l'application finale du produit.
NOTE   Des produits cités dans la présente norme peuvent faire l'objet de brevet ou de demandes de brevets, et leur inclusion dans la présente norme ne doit être en aucune façon considérée comme l'attribution d'une licence au regard des droits attachés à de tels brevets.
Le CEN/TC 132 confirme que dans le cas où le détenteur d'un brevet refuse de céder des licences sur les produits normalisés sous des conditions raisonnables et non discriminatoires, alors ce produit serait éliminé de la norme correspondante.
