This standard gives guidance on writing the technical specification for the procurement of fuel preparation plant for solid, liquid and gaseous fuels associated with steam generating plant and flue gas treatment plant in the electrical power supply industry. This includes: feeders; pulverizers/mills, crushers; classifiers, pipework; pumps; heaters; filters; dampers; valves.

Die vorliegende Beschaffungsrichtlinie gibt Hilfestellung bei der Erstellung dertechnischen Spezifikation für die Beschaffung von Brennstoffbehandlungsanlagen für feste, flüssige und gasförmige Brennstoffe im Zusammenhang mit Dampferzeugern und Rauchgasreinigungsanlagen in Kraftwerken. Eingeschlossen sind: Zuteiler; Mahlanlagen/Mühlen; Brecher; Sichter; Rohrleitungen; Pumpen; Vorwärmer; Filter; Klappen, Ventile.

Therefore, the guidance to the specification is stated in performance terms rather than being specified by a detailed description of the equipment to be supplied.
