Product standard to demonstrate the compliance of mobile phones with the basic restrictions related to human exposure to electromagnetic fields (300 MHz - 3 GHz)

This product standard applies to any transmitting devices intended to be used with the radiating part of the equipment in close proximity to the human ear (e.g. mobile phones, cordless phones, etc.). The frequency range covered is 300 MHz to 3 GHz. The object of this standard is to demonstrate the compliance of such equipment with the basic restrictions related to human exposure to radio frequency electromagnetic fields.

Diese Produktnorm gilt für jedes elektromagnetische Felder (EMF) aussendende Gerät, das zur Verwendung mit der abstrahlenden Struktur der Einrichtung vorgesehen ist und hierzu in unmittelbarer Nähe des menschlichen Ohres gehalten wird (z. B. Mobiltelefone, Schnurlostelefone). Der abgedeckte Frequenzbereich umfaßt 300 MHz bis 3 GHz. Zweck dieser Norm ist der Nachweis der Übereinstimmung dieser Geräte mit den in Bezug auf die Sicherheit von Personen in hochfrequenten elektromagnetischen Feldern festgelegten Basisgrenzwerten.

Cette norme de produit est applicable à tous les dispositifs de transmission dont l'utilisation suppose que la partie émettrice de l'appareil soit très proche de l'oreille (par exemple, téléphones mobiles, téléphones sans fil, etc.). La gamme de fréquences concernée s'étend de 300 MHz à 3 GHz. L'objet de la présente norme est de démontrer la conformité de tels appareils aux restrictions de base relatives à l'exposition des personnes aux champs électromagnétiques radio fréquence.
