Ta del standarda IEC 61730 opisuje temeljne konstrukcijske zahteve za fotonapetostne (PV) module, da se zagotovi njihovo varno električno in mehansko delovanje med pričakovano življenjsko dobo. Podane so specifične teme na področju ocene preprečevanja električnega udara, požarne ogroženosti in osebnih poškodb zaradi mehanskih in okoljskih obremenitev. Ta del standarda IEC 61730 se nanaša na posebne gradbene zahteve. Standard IEC 61730-2 podaja zahteve za preskušanje. Ta standard poskuša določiti osnovne zahteve za različne razrede uporabe fotonapetostnih modulov, vendar ne zajema vseh nacionalnih in regionalnih gradbenih predpisov. Specifične zahteve za uporabo na morju in v vozilih niso zajete. Ta standard se ne uporablja za module z vgrajenimi pretvorniki AC (moduli AC). Ta standard je oblikovan tako, da se lahko preskusno zaporedje uskladi z zaporedji iz standardov IEC 61215 ali IEC 61646, zato se lahko za vrednotenje varnosti in učinkovitosti projektiranja fotonapetostnih modulov uporabi ena sama skupina vzorcev. Cilj tega dokumenta je zagotoviti osnovne smernice za certificiranje temeljne konstrukcije fotonapetostnih modulov, namenjenih za potrditev varnosti s preskušanjem v skladu s standardom IEC 61730-2. Te zahteve so namenjene za zmanjšanje nepravilnega delovanja in uporabe modulov ali odpovedi notranjih sestavnih delov, ki bi povzročila požar, električni udar in osebne poškodbe. Standard določa osnovne varnostne gradbene zahteve in dodatne preskuse, ki so funkcija praktične uporabe modula. Zahteve glede sestavnih delov so namenjene za dokazovanje, da delovanje sestavnega dela ustreza njegovi uporabi v konstrukciji modula in okolju.

This amendment A1 modifies the European Standard EN 61730-1:2007; it was approved by CENELEC on 2011-
12-19. CENELEC members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which stipulate
the conditions for giving this amendment the status of a national standard without any alteration.

Up-to-date lists and bibliographical references concerning such national standards may be obtained on
application to the CEN-CENELEC Management Centre or to any CENELEC member.

This amendment exists in three official versions (English, French, German). A version in any other language
made by translation under the responsibility of a CENELEC member into its own language and notified to the
CEN-CENELEC Management Centre has the same status as the official versions.
