Tanks for the transport of dangerous goods - Service equipment - Cap for the adaptor for bottom loading and unloading

This European Standard is applicable to the cap used to provide protection and end closing for the adaptor for bottom loading and unloading of tanks for the transport of dangerous goods. It specifies the performance requirements, critical dimensions and tests necessary to verify the compliance of the equipment with this European Standard.
The equipment specified by this European Standard is suitable for use with liquid petroleum products and other dangerous substances of Class 3 of ADR  ) (flammable liquids) that have a vapour pressure not exceeding 110 kPa at 50 °C, including petrol, and that are not sub-classified as toxic or corrosive.

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für die Kappe, die als Schutzeinrichtung und Endverschluss für VK-Kupplungen zur Untenbefüllung und  entladung von Tanks für die Beförderung gefährlicher Güter dient, und legt die Leistungs¬anforderungen, kritischen Abmessungen und Prüfungen fest, die zur Verifizierung notwendig sind, ob die Ausrüstung mit der vorliegenden Europäischen Norm übereinstimmt.
Die in dieser Europäischen Norm festgelegte Ausrüstung ist zum Umfüllen flüssiger Erdölerzeugnisse und anderer gefähr¬licher Güter der Klasse 3 des ADR ) (entflammbare Flüssigkeiten) geeignet, deren Dampfdruck bei 50 °C höchstens 110 kPa beträgt (einschließlich Ottokraftstoff) und die nicht als giftig oder ätzend eingestuft sind.

La présente Norme européenne s’applique au bouchon utilisé pour assurer la protection et une fermeture supplémentaire de l’adaptateur de chargement et de déchargement par le bas des citernes destinées au transport de matières dangereuses. Elle spécifie les exigences de performance, les dimensions essentielles et les essais à réaliser pour vérifier la conformité des équipements à la présente Norme européenne.
L’équipement spécifié dans la présente norme est adapté à une utilisation avec des produits pétroliers liquides et autres matières dangereuses de la classe 3 de l’ADR  ) (liquides inflammables) dont la tension de vapeur ne dépasse pas 110 kPa à 50 °C, y compris l’essence, et qui n’appartiennent à aucune sous-classification des produits toxiques ou corrosifs.
