Specifications for particular types of winding wires - Part 74: Polyesterimide enamelled rectangular aluminium wire, class 180 (IEC 60317-74:2018)

This part of IEC 60317 specifies the requirements of enamelled rectangular aluminium
winding wire of class 180 with a sole coating based on polyesterimide resin, which can be
modified providing it retains the chemical identity of the original resin and meets all specified
wire requirements.
NOTE A modified resin is a resin that has undergone a chemical change, or contains one or more additives to
enhance certain performance or application characteristics.
The range of nominal conductor dimensions covered by this standard is:
– width: min. 2,0 mm max. 16,0 mm;
– thickness: min. 0,80 mm max. 5,60 mm.
Wires of grade 1 and grade 2 are included in this specification and apply to the complete
range of conductors.
The specified combinations of width and thickness as well as the specified width/thickness
ratio are given in IEC 60317-0-9:2015.

IEC 60317-74:2018 spécifie les exigences relatives aux fils de bobinage de section rectangulaire en aluminium émaillé de classe 180 à couche de revêtement unique en résine de polyesterimide. Cette couche de revêtement peut être modifiée à condition de conserver les propriétés chimiques de la résine d'origine et de respecter toutes les exigences spécifiées pour les fils. NOTE Une résine modifiée est une résine dont les propriétés chimiques ont été modifiées ou qui contient un ou plusieurs additifs visant à améliorer certaines performances ou caractéristiques d'application. La plage des dimensions nominales des conducteurs couvertes par la présente norme est: - pour la largeur: min. 2,0 mm - max. 16,0 mm; - pour l'épaisseur: min. 0,80 mm - max. 5,60 mm. Les fils de grades 1 et 2 sont couverts par la présente spécification et s'appliquent à toute la gamme des conducteurs. Les combinaisons largeur-épaisseur spécifiées ainsi que le rapport largeur/épaisseur spécifié sont indiqués dans l'IEC 60317-0-9:2015. Mots clés: fils isolés utilisés pour les enroulements

Ta del standarda IEC 60317 določa zahteve za emajlirano aluminijasto navijalno žico s pravokotnim prerezom razreda 180 z eno samo prevleko na osnovi poliestramidske smole, ki se lahko spremeni, če ohrani kemijsko identiteto izvirne smole in izpolnjuje vse določene zahteve za žice.
OPOMBA: spremenjena smola je smola, ki je bila kemijsko spremenjena ali vsebuje enega ali več aditivov za izboljšanje določene lastnosti učinkovitosti ali uporabe.
Razpon nazivnih mer prevodnika, ki ga zajema ta standard, je:
– širina: min. 2,0 mm, maks. 16,0 mm;
– debelina: min. 0,80 mm, maks. 5,60 mm.
V to specifikacijo so vključene žice razreda 1 in 2 ter se uporabljajo za celoten nabor prevodnikov.
Navedene kombinacije širine in debeline ter določena razmerja med širino in debelino so podana v standardu IEC 60317-0-9:2015.
