Inland navigation vessels - Anchoring, coupling, towing, hauling and mooring systems

This European standard specifies the safety requirements for the arrangements, accessibility and marking of anchoring, coupling, towing and mooring systems of Inland Navigation Vessels.
Depending on the type, the dimensions, the intending use of the vessels as well as the waters on which the operate, inland navigation vessels are equipped with anchoring, coupling, towing and mooring systems.

Fahrzeuge der Binnenschifffahrt - Anker-, Kupplungs-, Schlepp-, Verhol- und Festmacheeinrichtungen

Diese Europäische Norm legt sicherheitstechnische Anforderungen an Anordnung, Zugänglichkeit und Kennzeichnung für Anker-, Kupplungs-, Schlepp-, Verhol- und Festmacheeinrichtungen auf Fahrzeugen der Binnenschifffahrt fest.
Fahrzeuge der Binnenschifffahrt werden entsprechend ihrem Typ, ihren Abmessungen, ihrem Verwendungszweck sowie den Gewässern, auf denen sie eingesetzt werden, mit Anker-, Kupplungs-, Schlepp-, Verhol- und Festmacheeinrichtungen ausgerüstet.
Diese Norm gilt nicht für Sportboote nach Richtlinie 94/25/EG.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences de sécurité concernant la disposition, l’accessibilité et le marquage des dispositifs d’ancrage, d’accouplement, de remorquage, de halage et d’amarrage montées sur les bateaux de navigation intérieure.
Les bateaux de navigation intérieure sont équipés de dispositifs d’ancrage, d’accouplement, de remorquage, de halage et d’amarrage en fonction de leur type, de leurs dimensions, de leur usage ainsi que des eaux sur lesquelles ils naviguent.
La présente norme ne s’applique pas aux bateaux de plaisance conformes a la Directive 94/25/CEE.

EN 13573:2009 (E) 3 Foreword This document (EN 13573:2009) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 15 “Inland navigation vessels”, the secretariat of which is held by DIN. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by July 2009, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by July 2009. This document supersedes EN 13573:2001. 1 Scope This European Standard specifies safety requirements for the arrangement, accessibility and marking of anchoring, coupling, towing, hauling and mooring systems on inland navigation vessels.
Depending on the type, the dimensions, the intended use of the vessels as well as the waters on which they are operated, inland navigation vessels are equipped with anchoring, coupling, towing, hauling and mooring systems.
