EN 4604-009 specifies the required characteristics of a light weight coaxial cable, 50 O, type KW for use in aircraft electrical systems at operating temperature between - 55 °C and 180 °C and specially for high frequency up to 6 GHz. Nevertheless, if needed, - 65 °C is also acceptable as shown by rapid change of temperature test.

Standard EN 4604-009 določa zahtevane značilnosti lahkega koaksialnega kabla, 50 ohmov, tipa KW za uporabo v letalskih električnih sistemih pri obratovalni temperaturi med –55 °C in 180 °C ter posebej za visoko frekvenco do 6 GHz. Vseeno je po potrebi sprejemljiva tudi temperatura –65 °C, kot prikazuje preskus s hitro spremembo temperature.
