Textile machinery - Noise test code - Part 3: Nonwoven machinery (ISO 9902-3:2001)

This Part 3 of the standard is a complement to Part 1 and specifies, together with it, the mounting, operating and measuring conditions required for the measurement, declaration and verification of noise emitted by different types of spinning preparatory and spinning machines. It is applicable to engineering methods (grade 2) and survey methods (grade 3) defined in the standards referred to. Nonwoven lines comprise machines for: - preparation (bale breaker, automated blending bale opener, carding willow, blender, fan, condenser, opener), etc.

Dieser Teil 3 der Norm ergänzt Teil 1 und spezifiert mit ihm zusammen die Aufstellungs- und Befestigungsbedingungen, die Betriebßustände und Meßbedingungen für Messung, Angabe und Nachprüfung der Geräusche, die von verschiedenen Arten von Vliesstoffmaschinen abgestrahlt werden. Er gilt für Methoden der Genauigkeitsklasse 2 und der Genauigkeitsklasse 3, die in den genannten Normen definiert sind.

La présente partie de l'ISO 9902, conjointement à l'ISO 9902-1, spécifie les conditions de montage, de fonctionnement et de mesurage nécessaires pour le mesurage, la déclaration et la vérification du bruit émis par différents types de machines de production de non-tissés. Elle définit un code d'essai acoustique pour  - les étaleurs nappeurs,  - les étireuses à rouleaux,  - les préaiguilleteuses,  - les aiguilleteuses,  - les lieuses par fils (non-tissés),  - les lieuses à jet d'eau (liage hydraulique), et  - les diffuseurs d'aérosol.  Les autres machines des lignes de non-tissés font l'objet de l'ISO 9902-2, l'ISO 9902-6 et l'ISO 9902-7.  La présente partie de l'ISO 9902 est applicable aux méthodes d'expertise (classe 2) et de contrôle (classe 3), conformément aux Normes internationales auxquelles il est fait référence.

3. del standarda dopolnjuje 1. del in skupaj z njim določa zahteve za priključitev, delovanje in merjenje, potrebne za merjenje, deklariranje in preverjanje hrupa, ki ga oddajajo različne vrste strojev za pripravo preje in predilnih strojev. Uporablja se za inženirske metode (razred 2) in raziskovalne metode (razred 3), opredeljene v navedenih standardih. Stroji za netkane materiale zajemajo stroje za: – pripravo (ločevalnik bal, odpirač bal s samodejnim spajanjem, rahljalni volk, spajalnik, ventilator, kondenzator, odpirač) itd.

Foreword
The text of the International Standard ISO 9902-3:2001 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC
72 "Textile machinery and machinery for dry-cleaning and industrial laundering" in collaboration with
Technical Committee CEN/TC 214 "Textile machinery and machinery for dry-cleaning and industrial laundry",
the secretariat of which is held by SNV.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by September 2001, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by September 2001.
This European Standard has been prepared under a mandate given to CEN by the European Commission
and the European Free Trade Association, and supports essential requirements of EU Directive(s).
For relationship with EU Directive(s), see informative Annex ZB, which is an integral part of this standard.
According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of the following
