Industrial valves - Actuators - Part 3: Pneumatic part-turn actuators for industrial valves - Basic requirements

This document provides basic requirements for pneumatic part-turn valve actuators, both double acting and
single acting, used for on-off and modulating control duties. It includes guidelines, recommendations and
methods for enclosure and corrosion protection, control and testing.
It does not apply to pneumatic actuators which are integral parts of control valves.
Other requirements, or conditions of use, different from those indicated in this document, shall be subject to
negotiations, between the purchaser and the manufacturer/supplier, prior to order.
The terms and definitions applicable to this European Standard are given in FprEN 15714-1.

Industriearmaturen - Antriebe - Teil 3: Pneumatische Schwenkantriebe für Industriearmaturen - Grundanforderungen

Dieses Dokument enthält Grundanforderungen sowohl an doppelt als auch an einfach wirkende pneumatische Schwenk¬antriebe für Armaturen für Auf-Zu- und Modulations-Regelfunktionen. Es enthält Leitlinien, Empfeh-lungen sowie Verfahren für Gehäuse- und Korrosionsschutz, Kontrollen und Prüfungen.
Es gilt nicht für pneumatische Stellantriebe, die feste Bestandteile von Regelventilen sind.
Andere Anforderungen oder Anwendungsbedingungen als die in diesem Dokument angegebenen sollten vor Auftragserteilung zwischen Käufer und Hersteller/Lieferant vereinbart werden.
Die für die Anwendung dieser Europäischen Norm geltenden Begriffe sind in EN 15714-1 angegeben.

Le présent document fournit les prescriptions de base pour les actionneurs pneumatiques à fraction de tour
d’appareil de robinetterie à double et à simple effet, utilisés pour les fonctions tout ou rien et les fonctions de
modulation des fonctions de régulation. Il comprend des lignes directrices, des recommandations et des
méthodes pour l’enveloppe et la protection contre la corrosion, le contrôle et les essais.
Il ne s’applique pas aux actionneurs pneumatiques qui font partie intégrante des robinets de régulation.
Les prescriptions ou conditions relatives à l’utilisation, autres que celles déjà mentionnées dans le présent
document, doivent être convenues entre l’acheteur et le fabricant/fournisseur avant la commande.
Les termes et définitions applicables à la présente norme Européenne sont indiqués dans EN 15714-1.

Ta dokument podaja osnovne zahteve za pnevmatične pogone z dvojnim in enojnim delovanjem z delnim zasukom za ventile, ki se uporabljajo za vklopno-izklopne in modulacijsko krmilne naloge. Vključuje smernice za klasifikacijo, priporočila in metode za ohišje in zaščito pred korozijo, nadzor in preskušanje. Ne velja za pnevmatične pogone, ki so sestavni del krmilnih ventilov. O drugih zahtevah ali pogojih uporabe, ki so drugačni od navedenih v tem dokumentu, se morata pred naročilom pogoditi kupec in proizvajalec/dobavitelj. Izrazi in definicije, ki veljajo za ta evropski standard, so navedeni v EN 15714-1.
