Metal ball valves for petroleum, petrochemical and allied industries (ISO 17292:2015)

ISO 17292:2015 specifies the requirements for a series of metal ball valves suitable for petroleum, petrochemical, natural gas plants, and related industrial applications.
It covers valves of the nominal sizes DN:
-      8, 10, 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 600;
corresponding to nominal pipe sizes NPS:
-      ¼, ⅜, ½, , 1, 1 ¼, 1 ½, 2, 2 ½, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 24;
and applies for pressure designations:
-      Class 150; 300; 600; 800 (Class 800 applies only for valves with threaded and socket welding end);
-      PN 16, 25, 40, 63, 100.
It includes provisions for testing and inspection and for valve characteristics as follows:
-      flanged and butt-welded ends, in sizes 15 ≤ DN ≤ 600 (½ ≤ NPS ≤ 24);
-      socket welding and threaded ends, in sizes 8 ≤ DN ≤ 50 (¼ ≤ NPS ≤ 2);
-      body seat openings designated as full bore, reduced bore, and double reduced bore;
-      materials.

Kugelhähne aus Metall für Erdöl-, petrochemische und verwandte Industrien (ISO 17292:2015)

Diese Internationale Norm legt die Anforderungen an eine Reihe von Kugelhähnen aus Metall fest, die für den Einsatz in Anlagen der Erdöl-, petrochemischen, Erdgas- und verwandten Industrien geeignet sind.
Sie gilt für Armaturen mit den Nennweiten DN
   8; 10; 15; 20; 25; 32; 40; 50; 65; 80; 100; 150; 200; 250; 300; 350; 400; 450; 500; 600
entsprechend den Rohr-Nennweiten NPS
   ¼; 3∕8; ½; ¾; 1; 1 ¼; 1 ½; 2; 2 ½; 3; 4; 6; 8; 10; 12; 14; 16; 18; 20; 24
und für folgende Druckbezeichnungen
   Class 150; 300; 600; 800 (Class 800 gilt nur für Armaturen mit Gewinde- und Schweißmuffenenden);
   PN 16; 25; 40; 63; 100.
Die Norm enthält Festlegungen zur Prüfung und Inspektion sowie zu folgenden Armaturen-Merkmalen:
   Flansch- und Anschweißenden: in den Nennweiten 15 ≤ DN ≤ 600 (½ ≤ NPS ≤ 24);
   Schweißmuffen- und Gewindeenden: in den Nennweiten 8 ≤ DN ≤ 50 (¼ ≤ NPS ≤ 2);
   Gehäusesitzöffnungen mit vollem, reduziertem oder zweifach reduziertem Durchgang;
   Werkstoffe.

Robinets à tournant sphérique métalliques pour les industries du pétrole, de la pétrochimie et les industries connexes (ISO 17292:2015)

ISO 17292:2015 spécifie les exigences pour une série de robinets à tournant sphérique métalliques appropriés aux installations pétrolières, pétrochimiques et de gaz naturel, ainsi qu'aux applications industrielles connexes.
Elle est applicable aux appareils de robinetterie de diamètres nominaux DN :
-      8, 10, 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 600 ;
correspondant aux dimensions nominales de tuyauterie NPS :
-      ¼, ⅜, ½, , 1, 1 ¼, 1 ½, 2, 2 ½, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 24 ;
et s'applique aux désignations de pressions :
-      Class 150; 300; 600; 800 (Class 800 s'applique uniquement aux appareils de robinetterie à extrémités filetées et à emboîter et à souder) ;
-      PN 16, 25, 40, 63, 100.
La présente Norme internationale comprend les dispositions relatives aux essais et à l'inspection, ainsi qu'aux caractéristiques des appareils de robinetterie suivants :
-      extrémités à brides et à souder en bout, de dimensions 15 ≤ DN ≤ 600 (½ ≤ NPS ≤ 24) ;
-      extrémités à emboîter et à souder et extrémités filetées, de dimensions 8 ≤ DN ≤ 50 (¼ ≤ NPS ≤ 2) ;
-      ouvertures du siège du corps désignées comme ouvertures à passage intégral, à passage réduit et à passage réduit double ;
-      matériaux.

Standard ISO 17292:2004 določa zahteve za serijo kovinskih krogelnih ventilov, primernih za naftno industrijo, petrokemijo, črpališča zemeljskega plina in podobne industrijske aplikacije. Pokriva ventile nazivnih velikosti DN 8, 10, 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450 in 500, ustrezno nazivnim velikostim cevi NPS 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1 1/4, 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 in 20 ter velja za tlačne oznake razreda 150, 300, 600 in 800 (zadnji velja le za ventile z zmanjšanim premerom in z navojnim zaključkom ter notranjim varilnim nastavkom) ter PN 16, 25 in 40.
