Refrigerated display scooping cabinets for gelato - Classification, requirements and test conditions

This European Standard specifies requirements for the construction, characteristics and performance of refrigerated display scooping cabinets for gelato used to sale and display artisan and self made gelato, hereafter called “gelato scooping cabinets”. It specifies test conditions and methods for checking that the requirements have been satisfied, as well as classification of the cabinets, their marking and the list of their characteristics to be declared by the manufacturer.

Verkaufskühlmöbel für Speiseeis - Klassifizierung, Anforderungen und Prüfbedingungen

Diese Norm legt Anforderungen an die Konstruktion, Eigenschaften und Leistung von Verkaufskühlthekenmöbeln für den Verkauf und die Ausstellung von handwerklich hergestelltem und selbst gefertigtem Speiseeis, im Folgenden als „Verkaufskühlthekenmöbel für Speiseeis“ bezeichnet, fest. Es werden Prüfbedingungen und Verfahren zur Überprüfung der Erfüllung der Anforderungen festgelegt, sowie eine Klassifizierung der Kühlthekenmöbel vorgenommen; darüber hinaus werden deren Markierung sowie eine Auflistung der durch den Hersteller anzugebenden Eigenschaften aufgeführt.

Vitrines réfrigérées de vente de glace - Classification, exigences et conditions d’essai

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences de construction, les caractéristiques et les performances des vitrines réfrigérées de vente de glace utilisés pour la vente et l’exposition de glace artisanale et faite main, appelés « vitrines à glace » dans la suite du document. Elle spécifie les conditions et les méthodes d’essai pour vérifier que ces exigences ont été respectées, ainsi que la classification des meubles, leur marquage et la liste des caractéristiques devant être déclarées par le fabricant.

Hladilne vitrine za sladoled - Razvrščanje, zahteve in preskusni pogoji

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za izdelavo, lastnosti in delovanje hladilnih vitrin za sladoled, ki se uporabljajo za prodajo in predstavitev butičnega in domačega sladoleda (v nadaljevanju »vitrine za sladoled«).  Določa preskusne pogoje in metode, na podlagi katerih se preverja skladnost s temi zahtevami, ter razvrščanje teh vitrin, njihovo označevanje in seznam njihovih lastnosti, ki jih mora navesti proizvajalec.
