Vitrified clay pipe systems for drains and sewers - Part 4: Requirements for adaptors, connectors and flexible couplings

This European Standard specifies requirements for adaptors and connectors made from vitrified clay and/or other suitable materials for use with vitrified clay pipes and fittings for buried drain and sewer systems for the conveyance of wastewater (including domestic wastewater, surface water and rainwater) under gravity and periodic hydraulic surcharge or under continuous low head of pressure.
Adaptors and connectors include insertable fittings, sealing rings for cut pipes and heat-shrinkable sleeves.
This standard also applies for metal banded flexible couplings and adaptors and specifies requirements for rubber, polyurethane, stainless steel and other components used for them.
NOTE 1   The specifiers/purchasers can select adaptors, connectors and flexible couplings according to their requirements.
NOTE 2   Corresponding provisions for the evaluation of conformity (ITT and FPC) and sampling and those for the test methods are further specified in EN 295 2 and EN 295 3, respectively.

Steinzeugrohrsysteme für Abwasserleitungen und -känale - Teil 4: Anforderungen an Übergangs- und Anschlussbauteile und flexible Kupplungen

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen für Übergangs- und Anschlussbauteile aus Steinzeug und/oder anderen geeigneten Werkstoffen fest, die mit Steinzeugrohren und -formstücken für erdverlegte Abwasserleitungen und  kanäle verwendet werden, die für die Ableitung von Abwasser (einschließlich häuslichem Abwasser, Oberflächenwasser und Regenwasser) als Freispiegelleitung und unter zeitweise erhöhtem Druck oder dauerhaft niedrigen Überdrücken betrieben werden.
Zu Übergangs- und Anschlussbauteilen gehören Anbohrstutzen, Dichtringe für zugeschnittene Rohre und Schrumpfmanschetten.
Diese Norm gilt auch für flexible Kupplungen und Adapter und legt dafür Anforderungen an Gummi, Polyurethan, nichtrostenden Stahl und andere verwendete Bauteile fest.
ANMERKUNG 1   Der Auftraggeber/Käufer kann Übergangs- und Anschlussbauteile und flexible Kupplungen ent-sprechend seinen Anforderungen auswählen.
ANMERKUNG 2   Festlegungen zur Bewertung der Konformität (ITT und WPK) und Probenahme sowie Prüfverfahren sind in EN 295 2 bzw. in EN 295 3 festgelegt.

Systèmes de tuyaux en grès vitrifié pour les collecteurs d'assainissement et les branchements - Partie 4: Exigences applicables aux adaptateurs, raccords et assemblages souples

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences pour les adaptateurs et les raccords en grès vitrifié et/ou en un autre matériau approprié à utiliser avec les tuyaux et raccords en grès vitrifié pour des collecteurs et des branchements pour le transport des eaux usées (comprenant les eaux usées domestiques, les eaux de surface et les eaux de pluie) par gravité et surcharge hydraulique périodique ou à une faible hauteur de charge prolongée.
Les adaptateurs et les raccords comprennent les raccords, les garnitures d’étanchéité des tuyaux coupés et les manchons thermorétractables.
La présente Norme s’applique également pour les assemblages souples équipés de bandes métalliques et les adaptateurs et elle spécifie les exigences pour les composants en caoutchouc, en polyuréthane, en acier inoxydable et en d’autres composants utilisés pour leur fabrication.
NOTE   Les adaptateurs, raccords et assemblages souples peuvent être sélectionnés par les prescripteurs/les acheteurs en fonction de leurs exigences.
NOTE 2   Des dispositions correspondantes pour l’évaluation de la conformité (essais de type initiaux [ETI] et contrôles de la production en usine [CPU]) et l’échantillonnage et les dispositions pour les méthodes d’essai sont spécifiées respectivement dans l’EN 295-2 et l’EN 295-3.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za adapterje in priključke iz keramike in/ali drugih ustreznih materialov za uporabo s keramičnimi cevmi in fazonskimi kosi za podzemne odvodne sisteme, kanalizacijske sisteme za prenos odpadne vode (vključno s komunalno odpadno vodo, površinsko vodo in deževnico) pod vplivom težnosti in ponavljajoče hidravlične prenapetosti ali trajnega nizkega tlaka. Adapterji in priključki vključujejo vstavljive fazonske kose, tesnilne obroče za odrezane cevi in obojke, ki se skrčijo ob izpostavljenosti vročini. Ta standard se uporablja tudi za s trakovi kovine obdane prožne spojke in adapterje ter določa zahteve za gumo, poliuretan, nerjavno jeklo in druge sestavne dele, ki se uporabljajo zanje.
