Vitrified clay pipe systems for drains and sewers - Part 7: Requirements for pipes and joints for pipe jacking

This European Standard specifies requirements for vitrified clay pipes and joints for pipe jacking for buried drain and sewer systems for the conveyance of wastewater (including domestic wastewater, surface water and rainwater) under gravity and periodic hydraulic surcharge or under continuous low head of pressure. Pipe jacking techniques include micro-tunnelling, pipe-eating, pipe bursting and where appropriate lining with discrete pipes.
This standard also specifies requirements for rubber, polyurethane, polypropylene, stainless steel and other materials used for joints for pipe jacking.
NOTE   Corresponding provisions for the evaluation of conformity (ITT and FPC) and sampling and those for the test methods are further specified in EN 295-2 and EN 295-3, respectively.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen für Steinzeugrohre und Verbindungen für den Rohrvortrieb fest für erdverlegte Abwasserleitungen und -kanäle, die zur Ableitung von Abwasser (einschließlich häus¬lichem Abwasser, Oberflächenwasser und Regenwasser) als Freispiegelleitung und unter zeitweise er¬höhtem Druck oder bei dauerhaft niedrigen Überdrücken verwendet werden. Rohrvortriebsverfahren schließen Mikrotunnelbau (ferngesteuerter, unbemannter Rohrvortrieb), Rohrüberfahren (en: pipe eating), Rohraufweiten (en: pipe bursting) und, sofern geeignet, Einzelrohrlining ein.
Diese Norm legt ebenfalls die Anforderungen an Werkstoffe aus Gummi, Polyurethan, Polypropylen und nichtrostendem Stahl sowie andere Werkstoffe für Verbindungen fest, die für den Rohrvortrieb verwendet werden.
ANMERKUNG   Festlegungen zur Bewertung der Konformität (ITT und WPK), Probenahme und Prüfverfahren sind in EN 295 2 bzw. in EN 295 3 festgelegt.

Systèmes de tuyaux en grès vitrifié pour les collecteurs d'assainissement et les branchements - Partie 7: Exigences applicables aux tuyaux et à leurs assemblages destinés au fonçage

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences pour les tuyaux en grès vitrifié assemblés de manière souple pour la construction de collecteur et branchement enterrés pour le transport des eaux usées (y compris les eaux usées domestiques, les eaux de surface et les eaux de pluie) par gravité et surcharge hydraulique périodique ou à une faible hauteur de charge prolongée, installés en utilisant des techniques de fonçage de tuyaux, y compris par micro tunnelier, "pipe-eating", par éclatement de tuyau et le cas échéant avec des tuyaux différents pour le revêtement.
La présente Norme spécifie également les exigences pour les matériaux de caoutchouc, polyuréthane, polypropylène, acier inoxydable et autres utilisés pour les joints.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za keramične cevi in spoje za potisne cevi za podzemne odvodne in kanalizacijske sisteme za prenos odpadne vode (vključno s komunalno odpadno vodo, površinsko vodo in deževnico) pod vplivom težnosti in ponavljajoče hidravlične prenapetosti ali trajnega nizkega tlaka. Tehnike potisnih cevi vključujejo mikro tuneliranje, menjavanje cevi, polaganje brez jarka in, kjer je primerno, polaganje ločenih cevi.
