Conveying, spraying and placing machines for concrete and mortar - Safety requirements
This standard specifies the safety requirements for:
- conveying machines;
- spraying machines;
- placing machines for concrete and mortar or their components.
The machinery can be stationary or mobile.
This standard covers the machines described in 3.3 to 3.7.
This standard does not cover:
- machines that are mobile during conveying, spraying and placing;
- cabins for any machines covered by this standard.
This standard does not concern the undercarriage of the truck and the engine(s) of the machines that are not driven by the main engine during conveying, spraying and placing. One other possibility is the combination with a truck mixer (see 3.3).
This standard does not establish the additional requirements for operation subject to special rules (e. g. potentially explosive atmosphere, supply by electrical networks where voltage, fre¬quency and tolerance differ from those of the public supply, if relevant due to e. g. electronic components, earth¬quake, lightning, using on public roads, hazards occurring during construction, transportation, commissioning, de¬commissioning, cableless remote controls other than radio controls, compressors and pressure vessels).
1.2 This standard deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to conveying, spraying and placing machines when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manu-facturer (see clause 4). This standard specifies the appropriate technical measures to eliminate or reduce risks arising from the significant hazards.
This document is not applicable to machines which are manufactured before the date of publication of this document by CEN.

1.1 Die vorliegende Norm spezifiziert die Sicherheitsanforderungen für:
- Fördermaschinen;
- Spritzmaschinen;
- Verteilmaschinen für Beton und Mörtel oder deren Komponenten.
Die Maschinen können stationär oder fahrbar sein.
Die vorliegende Norm gilt für die Maschinen entsprechend der Beschreibung in 3.3 bis !3.7".
Die vorliegende Norm gilt nicht für:
- Maschinen, die während des Förderns, Spritzens und Verteilens verfahren werden;
- Kabinen für unter dieser Norm erfasste Maschinen.

Diese Norm stellt keine zusätzlichen Anforderungen für den Betrieb unter speziellen Bedingungen auf (z. Diese Norm spezifiziert die entsprechenden technischen Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung oder Verminderung der Risiken, die von den signifikanten Gefährdungen ausgehen.
1.3 Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für Maschinen, die hergestellt wurden, bevor CEN dieses Dokument veröffentlichte.

1.1 La présente norme spécifie les prescriptions de sécurité pour :
- les machines pour le transport ;
- les machines pour la projection ;
- les machines pour la distribution du béton et du mortier ou leurs composants.
Les machines peuvent être statiques ou mobiles.
La présente norme couvre les machines décrites dans les paragraphes 3.3 à 3.7.
La présente norme ne couvre pas :
- les machines qui sont mobiles pendant le pompage, le transport, la projection et la distribution ;
- les cabines de toutes machines couvertes par la présente norme.
La présente norme ne concerne pas les châssis de camion ni le(s) moteur(s) des machines qui ne sont pas mues par le moteur principal pendant le pompage, le transport, la projection et la distribution. Une autre possibilité est une combinaison avec la toupie à béton (voir 3.3).
La présente norme ne donne pas de prescriptions supplémentaires pour des opérations sujettes à des règles spéciales (par exemple, atmosphère explosible, alimentation par réseaux électriques lorsque la tension, la fréquence et la tolérance diffèrent de celles de l'alimentation du réseau public, si cela s'applique du fait, par exemple, des composants électroniques, des séismes, de la foudre, de l'utilisation sur les voies publiques, des phénomènes dangereux pouvant survenir pendant la construction, le transport, la mise en service, la mise hors service, les commandes à distance sans fil autres que les radiocommandes, compresseurs et récipients à pression).
1.2 La présente norme traite tous les phénomènes dangereux, situations et événements dangereux significatifs engendrés par les machines pour le transport, la projection et la distribution lorsqu'elles sont utilisées normalement et dans les conditions prévues par le fabricant (voir article 4). Ta standard določa varnostne zahteve za: - stroje za transport, - stroje za brizganje, - stroje za polaganje betona in malte ali njunih komponent. Stroji so lahko stacionarni ali premični. Ta standard zajema stroje, opisane v točkah od 3.3 do 3.7. Ta standard ne zajema: - strojev, ki se premikajo med transportom, brizganjem in polaganjem; - kabin za katerikoli stroj, ki ga zajema ta standard. »izbrisano besedilo« Ta standard ne obravnava podvozja tovornjaka in motorja strojev, ki jih med transportom, brizganjem in polaganjem ne poganja glavni motor. Druga možnost je kombinacija z vozilom za prevoz betona (glej točko 3.3). Izbrisano besedilo. Ta standard ne vzpostavlja dodatnih zahtev za delovanje, za katerega veljajo posebna pravila (npr. potencialno eksplozivna atmosfera, »izbrisano besedilo« … napajanje preko električnega omrežja, kjer se napetost, frekvenca in toleranca razlikujejo od tistih v javnem napajanju, če je to pomembno zaradi npr. elektronskih komponent, potresa, strele, uporabe na javnih cestah, nevarnosti med konstrukcijo, prevoza, prevzema, izločitve iz uporabe, brezžičnih daljinskih upravljalnikov, razen radijskega upravljanja, kompresorjev in tlačnih posod). Ta standard obravnava vse velike nevarnosti, nevarne situacije in primere, pomembne za stroje za transport, brizganje in polaganje, kadar se uporabljajo v skladu z namembnostjo in pod pogoji, kot jih je predvidel proizvajalec (glej Klavzulo 4). Ta standard določa ustrezne tehnične ukrepe za preprečevanje in zmanjševanje tveganj, ki izhajajo iz velikih nevarnosti.
