Specification and approval of welding procedures for metallic materials - Part 2: Welding procedure specification for arc welding

This standard specifies requirements for the contents of welding procedure specifications for arc welding processes. The principles of this standard may be also applied to other fusion welding processes subject to agreement between the contracting parties.   Variables listed in this standard are those influencing the metallurgy, mechanical properties and the geometry of the assembly.

Diese Norm legt die Anforderungen für den Inhalt der Schweissanweisungen für das Lichtbogenschweissen fest. Die Prinzipien dieser Norm können auch auf andere Schmelzschweissprozesse übertragen werden, wenn sie Gegenstand einer Vereinbarung zwischen den Vertragsparteien sind. Einflussgrössen, die in dieser Norm aufgeführt sind, sind diejenigen, die die Metallurgie, die mechanischen Eigenschaften und die Geometrie des Schweissteils beeinflussen.

La présente norme spécifie les exigences à satisfaire pour remplir les descriptifs de modes opératoires de soudage concernant les procédés de soudage à l'arc électrique. Les principes de la présente norme peuvent aussi être appliqués à d'autres procédés de soudage par fusion sous réserve d'un agrément entre les parties contractantes. Les variables énumérées dans la présente norme sont celles qui ont une influence sur la métallurgie, les propriétés mécaniques et la géométrie de la soudure
