This European Standard specifies the scheme for the evaluation of conformity of hydraulic road binders to their corresponding product specification standards EN 13282-1 and prEN 13282-2.
This European Standard provides technical rules for factory production control by the manufacturer, including autocontrol testing of samples. It also provides rules for actions to be followed in the event of non-conformity.

Diese Europäische Norm legt das Verfahren für die Bewertung der Übereinstimmung von hydraulischen Tragschichtbindern mit den Produktnormen EN 13282-1 und prEN 13282-2 fest.
Diese Europäische Norm enthält technische Regeln für die werkseigene Produktionskontrolle durch den Hersteller einschließlich der internen Überwachungsprüfung von Proben. Sie enthält darüber hinaus Regeln für Maßnahmen, die bei Nichtkonformität zu ergreifen sind.

1 Scope This European Standard specifies the scheme for the evaluation of conformity of hydraulic road binders to their corresponding product specification standards EN 13282-1 and prEN 13282-2. This European Standard provides technical rules for factory production control by the manufacturer, including autocontrol testing of samples.
