Hydraulic road binders - Part 1: Rapid hardening hydraulic road binders - Composition, specifications and conformity criteria

This European Standard defines and gives the specifications for rapid hardening hydraulic road binders, produced in a factory and supplied ready for treatment of materials for bases, sub-bases and capping layers as well as earthworks, in road, railway, airport and other types of infrastructure.
It includes the mechanical, physical and chemical requirements and the classification of these binders based on their compressive strength at 7 d and 28 d. It also includes the conformity criteria and evaluation procedures to be applied by the manufacturer.

Diese Europäische Norm definiert und enthält die Festlegungen für schnell erhärtende hydraulische Tragschichtbinder, die in einem Werk produziert und gebrauchs¬fertig für die Behandlung von Materialien für Tragschichten, untere Tragschichten, Deckschichten und Erdbauarbeiten im Straßen-, Eisenbahn- und Flughafenbau sowie für andere Arten von Infrastruktur geliefert werden.
Sie legt die mechanischen, physikalischen und chemischen Anforderungen, die Klassifizierung der Tragschichtbinder nach ihrer Druckfestigkeit nach 7 und 28 Tagen, die Konformitätskriterien und die vom Hersteller anzuwen¬denden Bewertungsverfahren fest.

La présente norme européenne définit et fournit les spécifications applicables aux liants hydrauliques routiers à durcissement rapide fabriqués en usine et fournis prêts à l'emploi, adaptés au traitement des matériaux utilisés pour les couches de base, les couches de fondation et les couches de forme ainsi que pour les travaux de terrassement pour des structures routières, ferroviaires, aéroportuaires et autres types d'infrastructure.
Elle comprend les exigences mécaniques, physiques et chimiques ainsi que la classification de ces liants fondée sur leur résistance à la compression à 7 et 28 jours. Elle comprend également les critères de conformité et les méthodes d'évaluation que doit appliquer le fabricant.

Ta evropski standard določa in podaja specifikacije za hidravlična veziva za ceste, ki se hitro strjujejo, izdelana v tovarni in ki so že pripravljena za obdelavo materialov za osnovne, podosnovne in vrhnje plasti ter za nasipe v cestah, železnicah, letališčih in drugih vrstah infrastrukture. Vključuje mehanske, fizikalne in kemične zahteve ter klasifikacijo teh veziv na podlagi njihove tlačne trdnosti 7. in 28. dan. Vključuje tudi merila skladnosti in postopke vrednotenja, ki jih mora upoštevati proizvajalec.
