This European Standard specifies the chemical composition limits of wrought aluminium and wrought aluminium alloys and form of products.
The chemical composition limits of aluminium and aluminium alloys specified herein are completely identical with those registered with the Aluminum Association, 1525, Wilson Boulevard, Suite 600, Arlington, VA 22209, USA, for the corresponding alloys.
Guidelines for the introduction of new wrought aluminium and wrought aluminium alloys in standards are presented in Annex B.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Grenzwerte für die chemische Zusammensetzung von Aluminium und Aluminium-Knetlegierungen und die Erzeugnisformen fest.
Die hier festgelegten Grenzwerte für die chemische Zusammensetzung von Aluminium und Aluminium-legierungen stimmen völlig mit den entsprechenden Legierungen überein, die bei der Aluminium Association, 1525, Wilson Boulevard, Suite 600, Arlington, VA 22209, USA, registriert sind.
Leitlinien für die Aufnahme von neuem Aluminium und neuen Aluminium-Knetlegierungen in Normen sind im Anhang B angegeben.

Cette Norme européenne spécifie les limites de composition chimique des aluminiums et alliages d’aluminium corroyés et les formes de produits.
Les limites de composition chimique de l’aluminium et des alliages d’aluminium spécifiées ici sont strictement identiques à celles enregistrées auprès de l’Aluminium Association, 1525 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 600, Arlington, VA 22209, États-Unis, pour les alliages correspondants.
Des lignes directrices pour l’introduction de nouveaux aluminiums et alliages d’aluminium corroyés dans les normes sont présentées dans l’Annexe B.
