EN ISO 780:2015

Packaging - Distribution packaging - Graphical symbols for handling and storage of packages (ISO 780:2015)

ISO 780:2015 specifies a set of graphical symbols conventionally used for marking of distribution packages in their physical distribution chain to convey handling instructions. The graphical symbols should be used only when necessary.
ISO 780:2015 is applicable to packages containing any kind of goods, but does not include instructions specific to handling of dangerous goods.

Diese Internationale Norm legt eine Reihe von graphischen Symbolen fest, die üblicherweise für die Markierung von Versandverpackungen bei der physischen Warenverteilung benutzt werden, um Anweisungen für die Handhabung zu geben. Die graphischen Symbole sollten nur benutzt werden, wenn dies erforderlich ist.
Diese Internationale Norm gilt für Verpackungen, die Güter jeglicher Art enthalten, aber sie beinhaltet keine speziellen Anweisungen für die Handhabung von gefährlichen Gütern.

Emballages - Emballages de distribution - Symboles graphiques pour la manutention et le stockage des emballages (ISO 780:2015)

ISO 780:2015 spécifie un ensemble de symboles graphiques utilisés d'une manière conventionnelle pour le marquage des emballages de distribution au cours de leur chaîne de distribution physique afin de transmettre les instructions de manutention. Il convient d'utiliser les symboles graphiques seulement lorsqu'ils s'avèrent nécessaires.
ISO 780:2015 est applicable à des emballages contenant des marchandises de tout genre, mais ne couvre pas les instructions de manutention spécifiques aux marchandises dangereuses.

Embalaža - Embalaža za distribucijo - Grafični simboli za hranjenje embalaže in ravnanje z njo (ISO 780:2015)

Ta mednarodni standard določa nabor grafičnih simbolov, ki se po dogovoru uporabljajo za označevanje distribucijskih paketov v njihovi fizični distribucijski verigi za izražanje navodil za uporabo. Grafični
simboli naj bi se uporabljali le po potrebi.
Ta mednarodni standard velja za pakete, ki vsebujejo kakršno koli vrsto blaga, vendar ne vključuje
navodil, namenjenih posebej za ravnanje z nevarnim blagom.

This document (EN ISO 780:2015) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 122 "Packaging"
in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 261 “Packaging” the secretariat of which is held by
AFNOR.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by June 2016, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by June 2016.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent

This document supersedes EN ISO 780:1999.
