This document gives design rules and requirements in order to ensure proper access, lighting, seating and exit of driver's cabs. The different dimensions are based on the anthropometric data defined in EN 16186-5. The corresponding assessment methods are also included in this document. It covers the following aspects:
— dimension and interior layout;
— door access, steps, floor characteristics;
— seats dimension and clearance;
— interior cab lighting;
— emergency exit;
— marking and labelling.
This document is applicable to vehicles operating on tram networks.

Le présent document spécifie les règles et les exigences de conception pour optimiser les cabines de conduite en ce qui concerne l'accès, l'éclairage, l'assise et l'évacuation. Les différentes dimensions s'appuient sur les données anthropométriques définies dans l'EN 16186-5. Les méthodes d'évaluation correspondantes sont également fournies dans le présent document. La présente norme couvre les aspects suivants :
— dimensions et agencement intérieur ;
— caractéristiques des portes d'accès, des marchepieds et du plancher ;
— dimensions des sièges et espaces libres autour des sièges ;
— éclairage intérieur de la cabine ;
— issue de secours ;
— marquage et étiquetage.
Le présent document est applicable aux véhicules circulant sur les réseaux de tramways.

Ta dokument določa izvedbena pravila in zahteve za zagotovitev ustreznega dostopa do voznikove kabine, razsvetljave v njej, sedeža in izstopa iz nje. Različne dimenzije temeljijo na antropometričnih podatkih, opredeljenih v standardu EN 16186-5. V ta dokument so vključene tudi ustrezne metode ocenjevanja. Zajeti so naslednji vidiki:
– dimenzije in notranja postavitev;
– dostop do vrat, stopnice, značilnosti tal;
– dimenzije in prostornina sedežev;
– notranja osvetlitev kabine;
– izhod v sili;
– označevanje in etiketiranje.
Ta dokument se uporablja za vozila, ki delujejo v tramvajskih omrežjih.
