Eurocode 3: Design of steel structures - Part 1-2: General rules - Structural fire design
Supplementary to Part 1-1. Additional and varied rules to be used for the design of steel structures which are required to avoid premature structural collapse and to limit the spread of fire in the accidental situation of exposure to fire.
Eurocode 3: Bemessung und Konstruktion von Stahlbauten - Teil 1-2: Allgemeine Regeln - Tragwerksbemessung für den Brandfall
(1) EN 1993 gilt für den Entwurf, die Berechnung und die Bemessung von Bauwerken aus Stahl. Der Eurocode 3 entspricht den Grundsätzen und Anforderungen an die Tragfähigkeit und Gebrauchstauglichkeit von Tragwerken sowie den Grundlagen für ihre Bemessung und Nachweise, die in der EN 19900 Grundlagen der Tragwerksplanung enthalten sind.
(2) EN 1993 behandelt ausschließlich Anforderungen an die Tragfähigkeit, die Gebrauchstauglichkeit, die Dauerhaftigkeit und den Feuerwiderstand von Tragwerken aus Stahl. Andere Anforderungen, wie z. B. Wärmeschutz oder Schallschutz, werden nicht berücksichtigt.
(3) Die Anwendung von EN 1993 ist in Verbindung mit folgenden Regelwerken beabsichtigt:
- EN 1990 Grundlagen der Tragwerksplanung;
- EN 1991 Einwirkungen auf Tragwerke;
- hENs für Bauprodukte, die für Stahlbauten Verwendung finden;
- EN 1090 Ausführung von Stahltragwerken und Aluminiumtragwerken;
- EN 1998 Auslegung von Bauwerken gegen Erdbeben, soweit Stahltragwerke in Erdbebengebieten errichtet werden.
(4) EN 1993 ist in sechs Teile eingeteilt:
EN 1993-1 Eurocode 3: Bemessung und Konstruktion von Stahlbauten Teil 1-1: Allgemeine Bemessungsregeln und Regeln für den Hochbau.
EN 1993-2 Eurocode 3: Bemessung und Konstruktion von Stahlbauten Teil 2: Stahlbrücken.
EN 1993-3 Eurocode 3: Bemessung und Konstruktion von Stahlbauten Teil 3: Türme, Maste und Schornsteine.
EN 1993-4 Eurocode 3: Bemessung und Konstruktion von Stahlbauten Teil 4: Tank- und Silobauwerke und Rohrleitungen.
EN 1993-5 Eurocode 3: Bemessung und Konstruktion von Stahlbauten Teil 5: Pfähle und Spundwände.
EN 1993-6 Eurocode 3: Bemessung und Konstruktion von Stahlbauten: Kranbahnträger.

1) EN 1993-1-2 obravnava projektiranje jeklenih konstrukcij pri nezgodnem projektnem stanju zaradi izpostavljenosti požaru in se uporablja v povezavi z EN 1993-1-1 in EN 1991-1-2. EN 1993-1-2 podaja samo razlike glede na projektiranje pri normalni temperaturi ali dodatna pravila za projektiranje pri povišani temperaturi.
(2) EN 1993-1-2 obravnava samo metode pasivne protipožarne zaščite.
(3) EN 1993-1-2 se uporablja za jeklene konstrukcije, za katere se zahteva, da v primeru izpostavljenosti požaru izpolnijo funkcijo nosilnosti zaradi preprečevanja prehitre porušitve konstrukcije.
OPOMBA: Ta del ne vključuje pravil za ločilne elemente.
(4) EN 1993-1-2 podaja načela in pravila za projektiranje konstrukcij po posebnih zahtevah za funkcijo nosilnosti in za nivoje obnašanja.
(5) EN 1993-1-2 se uporablja za konstrukcije ali dele konstrukcij v okviru področja uporabe EN 1993-1, ki so ustrezno projektirane.
(6) Podane metode se lahko uporabljajo za jekla S235, S275, S355, S420 in S460 po EN 10025 in za vsa jekla po EN 10210 in EN 10219.
(7) Podane metode se lahko uporabljajo za hladnooblikovane profile in pločevine v skladu z
EN 1993-1-3.
(8) Podane metode se lahko uporabljajo za katerokoli jeklo, za katero so mehanske lastnosti pri povišani temperaturi dostopne na podlagi harmoniziranih evropskih standardov.
(9) Podane metode so prav tako uporabne za elemente in pločevine iz nerjavnega jekla v skladu z EN 1993-1-4.
OPOMBA: Za požarno odpornost sovprežnih konstrukcij iz jekla in betona glej EN 1994-1-2.

NACIONALNI UVOD
Standard SIST EN 1993-1-2 (sl), Evrokod 3: Projektiranje jeklenih konstrukcij – 1-2. del: Splošna
pravila – Požarnoodporno projektiranje, 2005, ima status slovenskega standarda in je istoveten
evropskemu standardu EN 1993-1-2 (en), Eurocode 3: Design of steel structures – Part 1-2: General
rules – Structural fire design, 2005.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 1993-1-2:2005 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za
standardizacijo CEN/TC 250 Konstrukcijski evrokodi, katerega tajništvo je v pristojnosti BSI.
Slovenski standard SIST EN 1993-1-2:2005 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 1993-1-2:2005. V
primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski
standard v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC KON
Konstrukcije.
ZVEZA Z NACIONALNIMI STANDARDI
V standardu SIST EN 1993-1-2 pomeni sklicevanje na evropske in mednarodne standarde, ki je
vključeno v ta evropski standard, sklicevanje na enakovredne slovenske standarde, npr.:
EN 1993-1-2 pomeni SIST EN 1993-1-2.
V skladu s standardom EN 1993-1-2:2005 bo pripravljen nacionalni dodatek k standardu
SIST EN 1993-1-2. Nacionalni dodatek vsebuje alternativne postopke, vrednosti in priporočila za
razrede z opombami, ki kažejo, kje se lahko uveljavi nacionalna izbira. Zato bo nacionalni dodatek
SIST EN 1993-1-2/A101 vseboval nacionalno določene parametre, ki jih je treba uporabiti pri
projektiranju stavb in gradbenih inženirskih objektov, ki bodo zgrajeni v Republiki Sloveniji.
Nacionalna izbira je v SIST EN 1993-1-2:2005 dovoljena v:
