Condensing units for refrigeration - Rating conditions, tolerances and presentation of manufacturer's performance data

This European Standard specifies the rating conditions, tolerances and presentation of manufacturer's performance data for condensing units for refrigeration with compressors of the positive-displacement type. These include single stage compressors and single and two stage compressors having an integrated means of fluid sub cooling. This is required so that a comparison of different condensing units can be made. The data relate to the refrigerating capacity and power absorbed and include requirements for part-load performance where applicable.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Nennbedingungen, Toleranzen und die Darstellung der Leistungsdaten des Herstellers für Verflüssigungssätze für die Kälteanwendung mit Verdichtern des Verdrängertyps fest. Dazu gehören einstufige Verdichter sowie ein- und zweistufige Verdichter mit eingebauten Einrichtungen zur Unterkühlung von Flüssigkeiten. Dies ist notwendig, damit ein Vergleich von unterschiedlichen Verflüssigungssätzen durchgeführt werden kann. Die Daten beziehen sich auf die Kälteleistung und die Leistungsaufnahme und umfassen Anforderungen an die Teillastleistung, sofern zutreffend.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les conditions de détermination des caractéristiques, les tolérances et la présentation des performances des unités de condensation pour la réfrigération avec compresseurs de type volumétrique. Elles incluent les compresseurs à un ou deux étages équipés d’un système de sous-refroidissement du fluide. Ceci est nécessaire afin de permettre une comparaison entre différentes unités de condensation. Les données se rapportent à la puissance frigorifique et à la puissance absorbée et comprennent les exigences pour les performances à charge partielle, le cas échéant.

Ti vključujejo enostopenjske kompresorje ter eno- in dvostopenjske kompresorje z vgrajenim sredstvom za podhlajevanje tekočine. EN 13215:2016 (E) 4 European foreword This document (EN 13215:2016) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 113 “Heat pumps and air conditioning units”, the secretariat of which is held by AENOR. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by May 2017, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by May 2017.

This document supersedes EN 13215:2000. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights. 1 Scope This European Standard specifies the rating conditions, tolerances and presentation of manufacturer's performance data for condensing units for refrigeration with compressors of the positive-displacement type. These include single stage compressors and single and two stage compressors having an integrated means of fluid sub cooling. This is required so that a comparison of different condensing units can be made.
