This document specifies requirements and provides recommendations applicable to fixed, floating and grounded concrete offshore structures for the petroleum and natural gas industries and for structures supporting nationally-important power generation, transmission or distribution facility. This document specifically addresses
— the design, construction, transportation and installation of new structures, including requirements for in-service inspection and possible removal of structures,
— the assessment of structures in service, and
— the assessment of structures for reuse at other locations.
This document is intended to cover the engineering processes needed for the major engineering disciplines to establish a facility for offshore operation.

Il s'applique également aux structures d'envergure nationale supportant des installations de production, de transport ou de distribution d'énergie. Le présent document couvre plus particulièrement:
— la conception, la construction, le transport et l'installation de nouvelles structures, ainsi que les exigences concernant l'inspection en service et la possibilité de retrait des structures;
— l'évaluation de structures en service; et
— l'évaluation de structures destinées à être réutilisées sur d'autres sites.
Le présent document est destiné à couvrir les processus d'ingénierie nécessaires aux disciplines d'ingénierie majeures afin d'établir une installation destinée à une utilisation en mer.

Ta dokument določa zahteve in podaja priporočila, ki veljajo za pritrjene, plavajoče in utemeljene betonske konstrukcije naftnih ploščadi za industrijo za predelavo nafte in zemeljskega plina ter za konstrukcije nacionalnega pomena, ki podpirajo proizvodnjo, prenos ali distribucijo električne energije. Ta dokument izrecno naslavlja: – projektiranje, konstrukcijo, prevoz in namestitev novih konstrukcij, vključno z zahtevami za pregled med uporabo in morebitno odstranitev konstrukcij; – vrednotenje konstrukcij v uporabi; in – vrednotenje konstrukcij za ponovno uporabo na drugih lokacijah. This document (EN ISO 19903:2019) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 67 "Materials,
equipment and offshore structures for petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries" in
collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 12 “Materials, equipment and offshore structures for
petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries” the secretariat of which is held by NEN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2020, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by April 2020.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN ISO 19903:2006.
According to the CEN-CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of the
