Resistance welding - Testing of welds - Peel and chisel testing of resistance spot and projection welds (ISO 10447:2015)
ISO 10447:2015 specifies the procedures and recommended tooling to be used for peel and chisel testing of resistance spot and projection welds. ISO 10447:2015 applies to welds made in two or more sheets in the thickness range of 0,5 mm to 3,0 mm.
The aim of these tests is to determine
- weld size and failure type when welds are destructively tested, and
- verification of welds by non-destructive chisel tests.
Widerstandsschweißen - Prüfung von Schweißverbindungen - Schäl- und Meißelprüfung von Widerstandspunkt- und Buckelschweißverbindungen (ISO 10447:2015)
Diese Internationale Norm legt die Prüfverfahren und empfohlenen Werkzeuge fest, die für die Prüfung an Widerstandspunkt- und Buckelschweißungen im Schäl- und Meißelversuch zu verwenden sind. Sie gilt für Schweißverbindungen von zwei oder mehr Blechen im Dickenbereich von 0,5 mm bis 3,0 mm.
Das Ziel dieser Prüfungen ist die Bestimmung von:
a) Punktdurchmesser und Bruchart, sofern die Prüfung zerstörend durchgeführt wird; und
b) Bestätigung der Schweißqualität, wenn die Prüfung als nicht zerstörende Prüfung durchgeführt wird.
ANMERKUNG Die vorzugsweise anzuwendende Schälprüfung für Nahtschweißungen (mechanisierte Schälprüfung) wird in ISO 14270 behandelt.

L'ISO 10447:2015 prescrit les modes opératoires et l'outillage qu'il est recommandé d'utiliser pour les essais de pelage et de déboutonnage au burin appliqués aux soudures par résistance par points et par bossages. L'ISO 10447:2015 s'applique aux soudures exécutées sur au moins deux tôles, d'une épaisseur comprise entre 0,5 mm et 3,0 mm.
Ces essais ont pour objet
- de déterminer les dimensions des soudures et les types de rupture lorsque les soudures sont soumises à essais destructifs, et
- de vérifier les soudures par des essais non destructifs de déboutonnage au burin.

Ta mednarodni standard določa postopke in priporočena orodja za uporabo pri preskusu luščenja in dletenja uporovnih točkovnih in bradavičnih zvarov. Ta mednarodni standard velja za zvare v dveh ali več ploščah v debelini od 0,5 do 3,0 mm.
Cilj teh preskusov je ugotoviti: – velikost zvara in vrsto napake pri porušitvenih preiskavah zvarov ter – preverjanje zvarov z neporušitvenimi preiskavami dletenja. OPOMBA: Želena metoda preskušanja luščenja zvarov (mehansko preskušanje luščenja) je zajeta v standardu ISO 14270.

This document (EN ISO 10447:2015) has been prepared by IIW "International Institute of Welding" in
collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 121 “Welding and allied processes” the secretariat of which
is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by August 2015, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at
the latest by August 2015.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN ISO 10447:2007.

Er wurde vom Technischen Komitee CEN/TC 121 erstellt.
Wenn aus diesem Norm-Entwurf eine Europäische Norm wird, sind die CEN-Mitglieder gehalten, die CEN-Geschäftsordnung zu erfüllen, in der die Bedingungen festgelegt sind, unter denen dieser Europäischen Norm ohne jede Änderung der Status einer nationalen Norm zu geben ist.
