Fire-fighting hoses - Semi-rigid delivery hoses and hose assemblies for pumps and vehicles
This European Standard specifies the requirements and test methods for semi-rigid reel hoses for use on fire-fighting vehicles and trailer pumps. The hoses are intended for use at a maximum working pressure of 1,5 MPa for normal pressure hoses (category I) and 4,0 MPa for high pressure hoses (category II). The hoses are further subdivided into types and classes (see clause 4).
The standard applies to delivery hoses for fire-fighting purposes intended for use at a minimum temperature of -20 °C.
NOTE 1 Hoses for use at temperatures lower than -20 °C may be supplied by agreement between the manufacturer and purchaser.
Hoses conforming to this standard should be used with fire hose couplings conforming to the relevant national standards couplings.
Requirements are also given for hose assemblies (see clause 8) where these are fitted by the hose manufacturer.
NOTE 2 All pressures are expressed in megapascals. 1 MPa = 10 bar.
Feuerlöschschläuche - Formstabile Druckschläuche und Einbände für Pumpen und Feuerwehrfahrzeuge
Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für formstabile Haspelschläuche fest, die bei Feuerlöschfahrzeugen und Pumpen eingesetzt werden. Die Schläuche sind für den Gebrauch bei einem maximalen Arbeitsdruck von 1,5 MPa für Normaldruckschläuche (Kategorie I) und 4,0 MPa für Hochdruckschläuche (Kategorie II) vorgesehen. Die Schläuche werden weiterhin in Typen und Klassen unterteilt (siehe Abschnitt 4).
Die Norm gilt für Druckschläuche für Feuerlöschzwecke, die für einen Einsatz bis zu einer niedrigsten Umgebungstemperatur von -20 °C vorgesehen sind.
ANMERKUNG 1 Schläuche für den Einsatz bei Temperaturen unter -20 °C dürfen auf der Grundlage einer Übereinkunft zwischen Hersteller und Anwender geliefert werden.
Schläuche, die dieser Norm entsprechen, sollten mit Schlauchkupplungen versehen sein, die den jeweiligen nationalen Normen für Kupplungen entsprechen.
Auch für Schlaucheinbände werden Anforderungen angeführt (siehe Abschnitt 8), falls diese vom Schlauchhersteller montiert wurden.
ANMERKUNG 2 Sämtliche Drücke werden in Megapascal angegeben. 1 MPa = 10 bar.
Tuyaux de lutte contre l'incendie - Tuyaux de refoulement semi-rigides et flexibles pour pompes et véhicules
La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d'essai relatives aux tuyaux semi-rigides installés sur les véhicules de lutte contre l'incendie et aux motopompes remorquables. Les tuyaux sont destinés à être utilisés à une pression maximale de service de 1,5 MPa pour le service normal (catégorie I) et de 4,0 MPa pour les tuyaux haute pression (catégorie II). Les tuyaux sont ensuite répartis en types et classes (voir article 4).
La norme s'applique aux tuyaux de refoulement pour la lutte contre l'incendie, destinés à être utilisés à une température ambiante minimale de 20 °C.
NOTE 1 Les tuyaux destinés à une utilisation à des températures inférieures à 20 °C peuvent être fournis dans le cadre d'un accord entre le fabricant et l'acheteur.
Il convient d'utiliser les tuyaux conformes à la présente norme avec des raccords conformes aux normes nationales relatives aux raccords.
La présente norme fournit, par ailleurs, les exigences relatives aux flexibles (voir article 9) lorsqu'ils sont montés par le fabricant des tuyaux.
