Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - Part 2-4: Environment - Compatibility levels in industrial plants for low-frequency conducted disturbances

This part of EN 61000 is concerned with conducted disturbances in the frequency range from 0 kHz to 9 kHz. It gives numerical compatibility levels for industrial and non-public power distribution systems at nominal voltages up to 35 kV and a nominal frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz. Compatibility levels are specified for electromagnetic disturbances of the types which can be expected at any in-plant point of coupling within industrial plants or other non-public networks, for guidance in a) limits to be set for disturbance emission into industrial power supply systems; b) the choice of immunity levels for the equipment within these systems.

La présente partie de la EN 61000 est relative aux perturbations conduites dans le domaine de fréquence de 0 kHz à 9 kHz. Elle fournit les valeurs numériques des niveaux de compatibilité pour les réseaux de distribution d'énergie industriels et non publics, à des tensions nominales allant jusqu'à 35 kV et à la fréquence nominale de 50 Hz ou 60 Hz. Les niveaux de compatibilité sont spécifiés pour les perturbations électromagnétiques auxquelles on peut s'attendre en tout point de couplage interne à l'installation à l'intérieur d'usines ou d'autres réseaux non publics, afin de servir de guide: a) pour établir les limites d'émission sur les réseaux industriels; b) pour choisir les niveaux d'immunité des équipements inclus dans ces systèmes.

Ta del standarda IEC 61000 določa motnje v vodnikih v frekvenčnem območju od 0 kHz do 9 kHz. Določa številčne vrednosti združljivih nivojev za industrijske in nejavne sisteme za distribucijo energije pri nazivnih napetostih do 35 kV in nazivni frekvenci od 50 Hz do 60 Hz.
Napajalni sistemi na ladjah, letalih, naftnih ploščadih in železnicah niso vključeni. Združljivi nivoji, določeni v tem standardu, veljajo za priključne točke v obratih. Na terminalih vhodne moči opreme, ki so oskrbovani prek zgoraj navedenih sistemov, lahko nivo jakosti motenj v večini primerov doseže enako raven kot nivoji na priključnih točkah v obratih. V nekaterih primerih pa temu ni tako, zlasti v primeru dolgih vodov, ki so namenjeni zagotavljanju določene obremenitve, ali v primeru motenj, ki nastanejo ali so ojačane v inštalaciji, katere del tvori oprema.
Združljivi nivoji so določeni za elektromagnetne motnje take vrste, ki jih je mogoče pričakovati na vsaki priključni točki v obratih (IPC) v industrijskih obratih ali drugih nejavnih omrežjih, za smernice pri a) omejitvah, določenih za oddajanje motenj v industrijskih napajalnih sistemih (vključno z ravnmi načrtovanja, določenimi v točki 3.1.5);
OPOMBA 1 V elektromagnetnih okoljih industrijskih in drugih nejavnih omrežjih je mogoč širok nabor stanj. Ta so v tem standardu približno zajeta s tremi razredi, ki so opisani v točki 4. Kljub temu je odgovornost upravljavca takega omrežja, da pri določanju zgoraj navedenih omejitev upošteva določena elektromagnetna in ekonomska stanja, vključno z lastnostmi opreme.
b) izbiri stopnje odpornosti opreme v teh sistemih.
Upoštevane motnje so naslednje:
– napetostna odstopanja;
– napetostni upad;
– napetostno neravnotežje;
– odstopanje moč–frekvenca;
– harmoniki do reda 50;
– interharmoniki do 50. harmonika;
– napetostne komponente pri višjih frekvencah (nad 50. harmonikom);
– komponente za enosmerni tok;
– prehodna prenapetost.
Združljivi nivoji so določeni za različne razrede elektromagnetnih okolij, ki jih določajo lastnosti napajalnega omrežja.
OPOMBA 2 Združljivi nivoji na skupni priključni točki (PCC) javnih omrežij so določeni s standardom IEC 61000-2-2 za nizkonapetostna omrežja in IEC 61000-2-12 za srednjenapetostna omrežja. Tehnični poročili IEC 61000-3-6 in IEC 61000-3-7 opisujeta pristop dobaviteljev električne energije k omejitvam sevanja zaradi inštalacij in velikih obremenitev.

This European Standard supersedes EN 61000-2-4:1994.

standarda in je istoveten evropskemu standardu EN 61000-2-4 (en), Electromagnetic compatibility
(EMC) – Part 2-4: Environment – Compatibility levels in industrial plants for low-frequency conducted
disturbances, 2002.

Ta standard nadomešča SIST EN 61000-2-4:1997.

NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR

Evropski standard EN 61000-2-4:2003 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za
standardizacijo v elektrotehniki CLC/TC 210 Elektromagnetna združljivost (EMC). Slovenski standard
SIST EN 61000-2-4:2003 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 61000-2-4:2002. V primeru spora glede
besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski standard v angleškem jeziku.
Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC EMC Elektromagnetna združljivost.
