BRIEF HISTORY
The IS0 Recommendation R 227, Single Box Pickers for Automatic Looms, was drawn
up by Technical Committee ISO/TC 72, Textile Machinery and Accessories, the Secretariat
of which is held by the Association Suisse de Normalisation (SNV).
Work on this question by the Technical Committee began in 1955 and led, in 1959,
to the adoption of a Draft IS0 Recommendation.

HISTORIQUE
La Recommandation ISO/R 227, Taquets pour boîte simple de métiers automatiques, a
été élaborée par le Comité Technique ISO/TC 72, Matériel pour l’industrie textile, dont le
Secrétariat est assuré par l’Association Suisse de Normalisation (SNV).
Les travaux relatifs à cette question furent entrepris par le Comité Technique en 1955
et aboutirent en 1959 à l’adoption d’un Projet de Recommandation ISO.
