1 SCOPE AND FIELD OF APPLICATION ISO/R 529, Short machine taps and hand taps.
This International Standard specifies the general dimensions
3 GENERAL DIMENSIONS
and marking of hand taps for pipe threads intended for the
hand screwing of pipes and tubes.
The general dimensions are given in Tables 1 and 2.
It is applicable to the two following types of tap :
Shank diameters and driving squares shall conform to the

specifications in ISO/R 237, the tolerances being as

1 OBJET ET DOMAINE D'APPLICATION
La présente Norme Internationale fixe les dimensions
3 DIMENSIONS GÉNÉRALES
et spécifie le marquage des tarauds à main au pas
générales
du gaz utilisés pour les travaux manuels sur tubes.
Les dimensions générales sont données dans les Tableaux 1
et 2.
Elle est applicable aux deux types de tarauds suivants :
