IS0 Recommendation R 1010, Photographic colour paper for general use - Preferred sizes of sheef
The
material, was drawn up by Technical Committee ISO/TC 42, Phorography, the Secretariat of which is held by
the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
Work on this question led to the adoption of a Draft IS0 Recommendation.
In December 1966, this Draft IS0 Recommendation (No. 1079) was circulated to all the IS0 Member

Bodies for enquiry. It was approved, subject to a few modifications of an editorial nature, by the following
Member Bodies :
Argentina Czechoslovakia South Africa, Rep. of
Belgium France Sweden
Brazil Germany Thailand
Bulgaria Greece U.A.R.
Canada Italy United Kingdom
Chile Japan U.S.A.
No Member Body opposed the approval of the Draft.
The Draft IS0 Recommendation was then submitted by correspondence to the IS0 Council, which
decided, in March 1969, to accept it as an IS0 RECOMMENDATION.

La Recommandation ISO/R 1010, Papiers d’emploi général pour photographie en couleurs - Dimensions
normales des feuilles, a été élaborée par le Comité Technique ISO/TC 42, Photographie, dont le Secrétariat est
assuré par le American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
Les travaux relatifs à cette question aboutirent à l’adoption d’un Projet de Recommandation ISO.

En décembre 1966, ce Projet de Recommandation IS0 (NO 1079) fut soumis à l’enquête de tous les Comités
Membres de IWO. I1 fut approuvé, sous réserve de quelques modifications d’ordre rédactionnel, par les Comités
Membres suivants :
Afrique du Sud, Rép. d’ Canada R.A.U.
Allemagne Chili Royaume-Uni
Argentine France Suède
Belgique Grèce Tchécoslovaquie
Brésil Italie Thaïlande
Bulgarie Japon IJ.S.A.
Aucun Comité Membre ne se déclara opposé à l’approbation du Projet.
Le Projet de Recommandation IS0 fut alors soumis par correspondance au Conseil de IWO, qui décida, en
mars 1969, de l’accepter comme RECOMMANDATION ISO.
